"I made the reservation for ******* , unfortunately I wronged the date, I did from 21/03 to 22/03 , in fact it would be from 20/03 to 21/03 , I made 2 reservations , for me and a friend , I paid both ... when we found the error , they said they could not exchange the dates, I paid the two bookings on the balcony; I contacted the ******* that by three attempts to cancel the booking sector both reports that happened so that I was reimbursed... "Hotel with a huge and beautiful structure, but very old. The rooms and bathrooms are not uncomfortable, but needs a refurbishment. The towels are super old, everything clean, but it's a bad look. The staff are very educated and attentive and the restaurant has very good dishes."
