"Visited for our 25th wedding anniversary, spa was lovely although think the £10p.p fee to use outwith the specific times isn’t really fair considering the price you pay to stay. Restaurant food was of an excellent quality, steaks and cocktails were lovely, staff very nice on the bar and at breakfast/dinner too. Girl at reception when checking in could be a bit more friendly and welcoming, seems very busy and super efficient but not much small talk or smiling which does go a long way, the girl who checked us out was very nice."
