The bed is extremely comfortable and the cleanliness is impeccable, making the stay truly enjoyable. The hotel's strategic location, in the heart of Cuneo, makes it perfect for both business travelers and those visiting the city. The staff was professional, courteous, and always available, contributing to a high-level welcome. The only area for improvement concerns the room's structure and furnishings, which, while retaining a classic charm, could use a slight renovation to fully meet the standards of a modern Deluxe Room. Overall, a quality stay, recommended for those seeking comfort, elegance, and a central location, with the potential to become excellent with some updating."
