Rude manager. Booked on booking with breakfast included and spa, too bad that upon arrival we discover that breakfast is a vending machine with snacks for a fee and the spa costs 100 euros for an hour of hydromassage. Absolute rip-off. The only saving graces are the cleanliness and the modern rooms even if the TV is not connected.

I stayed with my family last weekend, on a B&B basis. The hotel was spotless, with simple but new furnishings. The room was comfortable for three people and the bathroom had a nice, large shower. If I really had to find a flaw, it was the breakfast, which lacked a bit of cake. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

Struttura rinnovata e con potenzialità che, a nostro parere, nom vengono sfruttate. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato parecchia scortesia al nostro arrivo e qualsiasi minimo servizio è a pagamento. Peccato anche per i prezzi proibitivi del centro benessere e per la colazione inesistente. La pulizia invece è molto buona, così come la posizione per la vicinanza agli impianti sciistici e a Madonna di Campiglio.
