We spent 6 days at this very charming hotel in the wonderful resort of Madonna di Campiglio. The hotel is real gem - in a great location, lovely staff, fabulous food, very clean and comfortable with lovely spacious rooms (if a little too warm at times, which seemed to be hard to adjust at individual room level). The restaurant is really good: excellent breakfast to fuel up for the day, then various choices across several courses at dinner. The reception staff were super-helpful also. We were lucky to be there in the week of carnival, which the hotel made a big effort with, as well as a special happy hour and apres-ski sweet buffet. On the last evening, they organised a small celebration for my birthday with a wonderful cake. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel and will definitely return! (also recommend the ski equipment shop they partner with, great customer service from Olimpionico)

It is a surprisingly nice, charming, quiet and comfortable hotel. The swimming pool and spa are fine. Situated between two ski lifts. The staff was amiable and helpful, the food was excellent and the rooms were clean. I will come back there.

A fantastic stay, hotel very clean, perfect location in town and close to all amenities. We loved the afternoon cakes just what you need after a hard day skiing. The spa and pool were very relaxing and much needed. The only thing I would say is that the spa was only open for a few hours from afternoon to evening!

2 couples stayed for 9 nights. The hotel is great with smart modern rooms. The staff and service were exceptional, in particular Alen in the restaurant was superb. The spa is spacious and calm with a great steam room, sauna and a chill out area with comfy loungers. The food is noteworthy both in quality and quantity. Each evening meal comprises a amuse boucle, a pasta or risotto, followed by main course and desert. Each had a choice of at least 4 things. Breakfast was a grand buffet plus the options for eggs and bacon if required. We would recommend and will stay again.

Me and my daughter had a very nice stay before and after our via ferrata trip in the mountains. We very much liked the staff, the service and the flexibility. The location of the hotel is perfect and it has all the necessary facilities.
