The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out very efficient. The location is convenient with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The hygiene was top-notch and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

I booked two deluxe rooms at this hotel for two families of friends who were visiting the Bay Area. They had a confirmed reservation, but when they arrived at the front desk, they were told that no rooms were available. The hotel staff said they could either accept a refund or move to another hotel much farther away. Because my friends have limited English, it was difficult for them to communicate. In the end, they were charged an additional $200 before finally being given rooms at the hotel. This is not how a hotel should treat guests with confirmed reservations. Taking advantage of a language barrier and asking guests to pay more after they arrive is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with how my friends were treated. Based on this experience, I will never book this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.

There were lots of dusts under the furnature, which should be cleared.

This hotel is not well maintained, when I entered the lobby it was dark, the room's AC was so loud it disturbed me all night. Check out time very early at 11 am.

We liked that they keep the pool open all night. Many places nearby to eat and drink. Didn’t like being woken up in the morning by the staffs kids that were running around screaming and throwing a football to each other. When we looked out to see what all the noise was we saw three kids that were cleaning the pool but also running around being extremely loud with no adults in site. Large gaps under entrance door to the room too. Put a towel against it to block some of the noise from the pool area.

The environment and the room both exceeded our expectations. The room was arranged perfectly, and I really liked it.

The hotel is very good located, just around the corner of the highway. The front desk is very friendly and gave us a earlier check in. The breakfast is quite simple.

It's good for business trip, a nice and not too expensive place to stay.

This hotel is long in the tooth.  The rooms outdated.  The lumpy worn mattress was outdone by the worn out pillows.  Customer service was non-existent.  Arrived to the hotel a bit early (2:30)due to a canceled meeting.  The hotel was completely empty (no more than 10 rooms could have been occupied among the hundred) and my room was ready - the desk person had my key and paperwork all ready - however he informed me that I would need to wait for the official check-in time (4:00) or pay an additional $40 to receive the keys.  I did, but it just amplified how terrible the rest of the experience was - paper thin walls, maid carts dragging along the exterior corridor (the hotel is really more like a motel as the rooms are all accessed around an open air courtyard (with functionless fountains).  I will never return.

We arrived after 17 hours flight, very tired and we did not noticed some problems: The bed was so noisy, it was difficult to sleep. I asked 3 times the workers at the front deck to fix it or change my room, nothing have been done. The fridge frose everything. Breakfest was average and disappointing. Room was big enough.

This hotel does not turn on the lights in the corridor. It felt like horror movie. We asked for the room far from the elevator(to avoid noise), yet they gave us a room right next to the elevator

Loved it was expecting it to be so good

first the good part. The staff is very nice and try to be helpful. The location is also convenient, right off the 280 freeway. now the bad part (unfortunately). First, be careful walking to the shopping center nearby to eat something. I got some food and walking back around 8pm, a guy tried to rob me as the parking lot is dark. I would have thought Cupertino (home of Apple) is safe but apparently not. I wouldn't let my wife walk outside alone near this hotel. Besides that, there are other things to know. The free breakfast is horrible, and I wouldn't eat that for fear of getting sick. The building itself is old and not cared for. The photos of the building are very misleading. Dirty, dimly lit, and the hallways were freezing (they have outdoor hallways). That lead to my biggest shock, which was to find a mouse in our bathroom! Actually, my wife got up in the morning to use the bathroom and she shrieked at seeing the mouse run around when the lights came on. What was disappointing however, was the hotel's response. We called the front desk at 7am and the guy was nice, but was UNABLE TO HELP BECAUSE HOUSEKEEPING WASN'T AVAILABLE UNTIL 9AM! So we were stuck without a bathroom and worried the mouse will crawl under the bathroom door into the bedroom. That about sums up this hotel. Good staff but it's the same as a Motel 6 but 2x the price.

Hotel was convenient as it was close to San Jose airport, 11 miles as well as next door to a grocery store and many restaurants. Breakfast was OK, only issued was they were laying down tile in the main lobby by the only working elevator so had to watch your step as you got on and off the elevator. Hotel is older and could use upgrading but overall it met our needs. Would stay again.
