The hotel is directly connected to the thermal bath and a ten minute walk away from the Frasassi cave making it a perfect vacation base. The rooms are beautifully furnished with modern furniture pieces and appliances. The only thing sadly missing is a coffee machine or a kettle. Olga at the reception was fantastically helpful with hike and nature walk tips but the entire staff was very welcoming. The breakfast spread is great and the restaurant also offers daily dinner menus, the saltimbocca was a great choice. Lots of local wines are offered and the verdicchio is definitely worth a try. Great value for money, if in the area, this hotel is a great choice.

The location of the hotel and the healing waters pools are fantastic. Lorena and Samuele helped us making our vacation special: first allowing to park our classic car in a secluded place ( in any case the location is super quiet and safe!) They both give us good suggestions about museums, restaurants and, as hotel residents, a special discount at the underground SPA. The guys at the pool are very friendly and we often had a very good light lunch there after the therapies at the spa. A 5 stars mentions also to this super clean and professional therapeutic and aesthetic department! They offer medical treatments for rheumatic, otorinolaringoliatric problems also for pediatric chronic diseases, physiotherapist for massage, mud and hydromassage. If you do the same treatments in Tuscany they will cost double! The priceless gift we had during our stay was the sincere kindness and the plain smile of all the people who made us feel so well that we want to visit them again!

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni all’hotel delle terme e siamo stati benissimo. La stanza è stata molto comoda e silenziosa: davvero riposante. Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile. Da non sottovalutare l’eccellente connessione internet che può essere molto utile per i nomadi digitali. Abbiamo anche cenato una volta e dobbiamo dire che la cucina è di ottima qualità. La colazione è ricca e variegata. L’hotel si trova in un antico piccolo borgo con un’abbazia dell’XI secolo e il torrente Sentino che scorre nei pressi. Si vale davvero la pena. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Eccellente base per visitare le bellezze storiche e paesaggistiche dei dintorni comprese, ovviamente, le meravigliose grotte di Frasassi

Una esperienza terribile, il pollo era crudo (cosa altamente pericolosa) I dolci erano scadenti e surgelati, inoltre c'era sempre chaos e non si riusciva a dormire tutta la notte , sotto il letto era pieno di polvere e c'erano le cimici per terra.

Abbiamo pernottato x il weekend di Pasqua.. l hotel è carinissimo e in 1 posiIone ottima c visitare le grotte di Frasassi .. cena all hotel ottima e il servizio idem.. stanza abbastanza pulita e comoda .. la tranquillità k si respira e la natura che ti circonda è veramente rilassante.. immersi nel verde e lo spettacolo delle montagne con il fiume k attraversa il piccolo borgo veramente bellissimo.. ideale x escursioni a piedi .. ci ritornerei volentieri.. le grotte sono uno spettacolo unico.

Siamo stati in gita con la scuola a Frasassi e abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel. Devo sottolineare però alcune cose spiacevoli che ci sono accadute. Innanzitutto il personale non è stato molto accogliente nei nostro confronti e non hanno tenuto in considerazione che noi fossimo solo dei ragazzini in gita. Inoltre i pasti che ci hanno servito (tranne la cena) non sono stati di una qualità altissima, come si può pretendere che dei ragazzini di terza media si possano sfamare con del pane e un dischetto della marmellata? Per questo la nostra permanenza in questo hotel non è stata delle migliori.

Hotel in posizione strategica, parcheggio gratuito, immerso nel verde, a 10 minuti a piedi dalle Grotte di Frasassi. Struttura rinnovata pulita ed accogliente, ci è piaciuta molto. Le camere molto accoglienti, con ottimi materassi dove dormire. "Vorremmo complimentarci con il personale dell'hotel per l'eccezionale livello di pulizia della nostra camera. Siamo rimasti davvero colpiti dall'attenzione ai dettagli e dalla cura con cui la stanza è stata mantenuta impeccabile durante il nostro soggiorno. Staff, super cordiale, complimenti alla professionalità del Direttore Alberto e all'accoglienza e gentilezza della caporicevimento Lorena, che ci ha procurato i biglietti per la visita alle Grotte di Frasassi, così abbiamo evitato le file. Avevamo la formula della mezza pensione, la cena con cucina superlativa, con piatti ben curati e cibo ottimo, anche la Colazione continentale deliziosa e che offriva una vasta gamma di prodotti di alta qualità. L'ottima varietà, inclusa una deliziosa colazione continentale, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra aspettativa e ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Una bellissima esperienza Detox, con tanti luoghi da visitare e scoprire nel cuore dell'entroterra Marchigiano. Sicuramente ritorneremo.
