Hotel clean and well kept, staff friendly, only the little tiles in the bathroom fell out. They need to be fixed.

Highlights: - awesome service at the breakfast by Gustavo, very nice guy making great tapioca - location is great, everything near by (mall, bars, restaurants…) - lovely staff at the front desk Areas to improve: - horrible sleeping quality, uncomfortable bed, pillow and blanket (falls apart) - room service did not change towels, had to use wet towels again - air conditioning not working properly, so we could not heat the room Could not sleep more than 5 hours, would definitely not book it again.

Friendly staff and nice location. Overall the neighborhood was safe.

the hotel is 15 years old, breakfast is free because the quality of the food is poor overall you get what you pay for

The room was nice. The dinner buffet at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was delicious and affordable. The potato and beef soup warmed the stomach.

Wonderful service, all the staff were super helpful, service was always in a good mood, smiling, super cozy room, heated pool and spectacular breakfast. (best coffee of all the hotels I've ever stayed in) You can book without fear! Due to some reviews I was unsure about the stay… but you can rest assured that the score is 1000!

Good price-quality ratio

Quartos confortáveis, café da manhã excelente e muito boa localização. A piscina aquecida na cobertura é um extra para curtir mesmo no frio de Curitiba.
