Hotel is located in the Batel area, not in the best place of batel. Unfortunately the hotel is really old fashined, rooms not well cleaned and all fornitures are too aged. Bathroom are very bad. From bath window a lot of noise come to the room.

Very basic business hotel. Clean and spacious room. Adequate breakfast. Centrally located near praça osorio. Some ok restaurants nearby. The staff was nice but formal and distant. No loan umbrellas available to the guest in this rainy city

Short but wonderful stay in a four star with a five star heart. Can’t fault the staff or how they work round covid restrictions. They are all friendly, helpful and speak and understand English, which is appreciated when Portuguese is one of my lacking languages. The hotel was spotless and whilst the floors are a bit dated and could be brighter it did not detract from the stay. All equipment in working order, good water pressure, a/c quiet, satellite TV showing the correct channels with wide variety of languages. Very comfortable beds with extra blankets in the wardrobe. Food was good and well presented. Breakfast had everything you would expect and then some. Very good value for money, and excellent location. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Tudo perfeito, viajamos pra fazer turismo e conhecer alguns parques de Curitiba e tbm fizemos o passeio de trem na Serra do mar, já conhecia Curitiba, mas sempre me encanto com a Cidade. Se tiver que fazer um comentário negativo, seria a quantidade absurda de moradores de rua no centro histórico da cidade, mas sabemos que isso não é uma exclusividade da cidade de Curitiba infelizmente isso acontece na maioria das grandes Cidades.

Equipe muito orientada a atender com cortesia e carinho as demandas dos hospedes. Fazem de tudo para agradar e deixar a estadia ainda mais familiar. A equipe do restaurante tem uma atençao especial aos hospedes. No cafe da manhã tinha um Croque Monsieur que estava divino. O jantar tambem estava fantástico. Alem do sabor, os pratos foram servidos com uma decoração especial. A academia do hotel atende as demandas de quem gosta de se exercitar. Enfim, o hotel é muito aconchegantes com otimo atendimento da equipe. Bem localizado, com farmacias em frente, academia completa ao lado. Voce pode fazer tudo a pé com segurança. Recomendo.

Muy buena atención. Muy bien ubicado. Todo de 10, exelente servicio, muy buena comida, desayuno muy variado y buenísimo. Los empleados del hotel muy atentos a todo sin porblemas en nada y buen gimnasio para ejercicios.

No geral foi boa, sem contratempos e bem atendido, banheiro, quartos todos limpos, o pessoal da recepção foram simpáticos e prestativos, não cheguei a experimentar academia e restaurante, mas por meio dos reparos de amigos que utilizaram gostaram da qualidade.
