O hotel não faz mais parte da rede Elo In, mas o telefone ainda é de lá. Ele pertence a rede Andrade. O checkin estava marcado para o meio-dia, mas chegando lá fui informado que seria apenas às 14h. Após insistência porque era o que tinha sido oferecido na reserva, consegui entrar com cerca de meia hora de atraso. O quarto em que fiquei (302) era uma extensão fechada de outro quarto, então não tinha telefone e caso eu quisesse alguma informação eu teria de descer na recepção pra falar. Não tinha ar quente apesar do frio. O Box é minúsculo onde uma pessoa obesa certamente não conseguiria tomar banho ali. O café da manhã é ok pelo preço pago.

O hotel é bom se você busca esse tipo de estabelecimento com bom custo benefício. O café é simples, mas atende a necessidade. O chuveiro esquenta, tem cama, coberta, televisão e ar condicionado (antigo mas funcional). Para quem é viajante e busca bom preço, mas não quer ficar em uma masmorra medieval, esse é o lugar

Os funcionários são prestativos e atenciosos, porém a estrutura física da edificação precisa de melhorias, o banheiro é bem pequeno com vários sinais de oxidação na tubulação, no primeiro dia não havia água quente e o quarto estava bem úmido inclusive com sinais de acúmulo de água no teto.
