Nice hotel with warm staff. The room was comfortable and it had a very unique feeling. My only complaint is that the bathroom door has an issue whereby, if you close the door, it will seal shut. I had to ask for help to open it and the staff did it immediately, but it happened again and I needed to use a card to open it. Besides that, would highly recommend this comfortable hotel.

Everything is perfect , had bath 🛁 after long hike. If suffer altitude sickness , their diet chicken soup is perfect ! Must try , location is perfect , staffs are kind , room has a heater so comfortable stay . Would definitely stay there again

The room was huge and clean. We were quite happy with the service because we checked in at 11.30 pm. Breakfast was pretty good even if it was free!

Located on a small hill in downtown Cusco, we had originally booked two nights, but due to the Machu Picchu train collision, we were stranded in Aguas Calientes and only stayed one night. The service was decent, the room wasn't large, and the price was reasonable; suitable for a short stay.
