Great service and price. Right in the middle of Cusco, close by the most famous attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always asking if I needed anything and eager to answer all my silly tourist questions. They knew we were waking up in the early morning for our tours and offered a lunch box for those days we could not take breakfast at the hotel. When we had breakfast in the hotel it was amazing! Plenty of options and the coffee was probably one of the bests I have had. The room was comfortable and always clean when we came back. The hotel overall was very clean and beautiful.

The staff is amazing, the a la carte breakfast are awesome and the location is good near Plaza de Armas . The rooms ara basic but clean. I suggest they add hooks to hang towels and clothing. The chairs in the hotel rooms are very uncomfortable so maybe they should add cushions or invest in better chairs

Great place only 8-10 min walk to Plaza de Armas. Very simple to get to San Pedros mkt 5 min. Few supermkt near by also. The room are so big and comfy. Tad noisy as right on a the street corner. Nice washroom (drain stunk a bit funky) but good shower and good big tv. The breakfast was good depite only having 1 of 3 as other days they packed a lunch for us due to excursions at 4:30am. the only thing that made it difficult was their Credit Card machines was not functioning (not sure if just then or permanent) so we struggled to gather enough cash last min to pay. Another guess was really scrambling. Other than that, this place rocks esp value for money. It's just not right in the historical area (just on edge) which is fine for us. We had 2 rooms as it was so affordable for the family which made it nice.

Located in the city center of Cusco, this hotel is very nice. There is a great service, thanks to everyone. All the staff was kind and polite. The breakfast was good. Maybe something more could be better but everything was tasty. Prices were great. Rooms were spacious and new.

The room is looking very comfortable and luxurious for the price that you pay/night. The sir at the reception ia very helpfull and was able to provide for us a breakfast package even though we had to leave at 4:30 in the morning for a tours at the Rainbow Mountain. I would for sure recommend it for tourists si ce its only 8 min walk to the main plaza.

The hotel provides an excellent service level. They even prepared a lunchbox for me when I left for Machu Picchu. The rooms are a bit cold but they provide heaters on request. It’s relatively quiet and ideally positioned in the center of Cusco. No windows in my room but natural light comes through glass in the wall. Shower is hot and nice. Only improvement I could suggest would be installing soap dispensers in the shower and by the sink. The perfect score here is of course relative to the reasonable price for the room.

Excellent stay! Spacious and clean room, great breakfast and customer service:) Location was great as well and they allowed me to leave my luggage for an extra day which I didn’t stayed with them. Would definitely stay again!

Un hotel convenientemente ubicado a cuadras de la plaza de armas. Decoración acogedora y con materiales locales. Buena atención del personal. Lo más relevante el desayuno! Nos sorprendió la calidad y la presentación! Muy buena elección.
