The Front Desk there is awful. They are very rude. You asked for their name. They will not tell you you asked to talk to management and they won't let you talk to management. They said they don't have no number for management and they won't even give me their real name. They said they don't have to, and I paid the dog fee every day my dog got some dirt on her feet and got on the bed and there was like paw prints on it but when they came to change the bed lines, they kept my deposit because they said they have to send those out to get them cleaned. It was just dirt. I could've got it out but they made a big deal about it and they kept my deposit of $150 because of that

Everything was good other than the photo shows they provide breakfast. The staff were very helpful, it would be nicer if the vending machines carried diet drinks for us diabetic people also if they provided some type of complementary waters that would be nice other than that it was okay for the price.

this hotel is in a very poor condition they advertise free breakfast but they stopped serving it. The lights in the room did not work. No shampoo. The bed is noisy and the air matress is on very bad condition.

It says there’s a continental breakfast on here but there is none….i booked that room because it said there’s breakfast

I had a very mixed experience at Rodeway Inn & Suites Winter Haven Chain of Lakes. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room—it did not meet basic expectations. Because of that, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying. We ended up only being there for about 3 hours just to rest briefly and let the kids enjoy the pool before deciding to leave and head back home. The pool area was actually decent and seemed to be one of the better-maintained parts of the property. However, I was also disappointed that the hotel advertises a free continental breakfast, which was not available during our stay. That felt misleading and should be clearly communicated. I do want to highlight that the front desk clerk was amazing—very professional, kind, and helpful. Honestly, they were the best part of the entire experience and handled everything with a great attitude. Overall, due to the condition of the room and the lack of advertised amenities, I wouldn’t stay here again, but I do appreciate the excellent customer service from the staff.

Rooms certainly do not are not the same as shown on the booking page! Internet very weak. Rooms are clean but basic

I want to highlight the positive aspects of this place: the staff was very friendly and helpful—which is excellent. The facilities are in fair condition; a lack of maintenance is somewhat noticeable, but it’s nothing that can't be fixed. The room felt modern and clean, aside from a few minor issues. The first was that several cabinet doors were loose, and the refrigerator simply wasn't cooling. I believe they can easily resolve these details. The setting was quiet, and the pool looked good—not perfect, but then again, nothing is perfect. The only thing I would criticize—and please take note of this—is that when I booked through this website, I saw that they offered a continental breakfast. This turned out not to be true. You cannot offer something that you simply are not providing; that is not how you should treat a customer. Please take this into account and update your listing, as personally, I cannot stand deception. That is all!
