The kids had the best experience.

I have been 3 times prior. They have really gone down hill. We will not be back to the pirates hotel or the park

My grandkids LOVED the hotel and the park. They loved Peppa Pig and the water park as well. My favorite was the aquarium. The food at the hotel was average at best. Plus, 2 out of the 4 meals we ate there came with dirty plates :/

Our stay at Pirate Island Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and truly made us feel at home. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, and every meal we had was delicious. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel itself is such a fun and magical experience for children. Every detail is designed with families in mind, making it a memorable adventure from start to finish. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness and hospitality we received. Thank you for helping create such special memories for our family. We can't wait to come back! ⭐️🏴‍☠️💙

Really nice hotel we stayed across the street in the lego retreat but we came over for the show and rest and met Jack!! He's a manger we saw we got a little lost walking the hotel out on million guest he dropped overtaking to drop up closer so we don't have to walk back we were with a tried child . So thanks to this amazing manger !!! With a huge heart !!!

I will say that it is a very cool place! The idea is amazing …the execution not so great. We had planned ahead to eat at a the Bricks buffet at night while we were there…it was closed for dinner the whole time we were there with no warning. All 3 restaurants seemed short staffed. We went to shipwrecked its family style… waitress says “I’ll bring you out what I can but the kitchen is very far behind” we never got the Mac and cheese and couldn’t get more buns. Waitress again was stressed and stretched thin. Breakfast was the same, family style yet they seemed to not have food? Took forever…again just left without refilling anything. The hotel is very cute..our room was old especially the bathroom. The kids loved it, but adults still want a good meal and good service for what they pay for it. It is a cute place but the cost seems excessive for the quality.

The best!!! Hotel location was steps from the Legoland Park, which makes it the best right from the start. Atmosphere great!. Rooms fun, with treasure for the kids. Although it is a little on the expensive side, when you get there you find value in your purchase. Kids get to take a free class and make a free lego crab, turtle, etc. It changes daily. We got the family style breakfast at Shipwreck, which we were all amazed with. It is quality food. I was able to get a gluten free breakfast as well. The blueberry compote was incredible. We ate almost every meal at the hotel. Who chooses to eat at a hotel right? Dinner is out of this wold at Shipwreck. The coconut chocolate fondue with fresh fruit, wow! I took photos of our meals to text to friends back home. The staff is top notch. Everyone smiles, everyone wished us a Happy Mother's Day, everyone was kind and accommodating. I gave a 5 star review on hotel kiosks to all the staff that went out of there way to make us happy. It was the best park experience we'd ever had. Fortunately, it was a slower time to go. We were able to go on any ride as many times as we wanted at both parks. The only time the noise level was bad was from 6pm-8 pm when the kids had a pj dance party in the lobby. I would recommend the performers turn down the volume. Yelling into the microphone was too much. But, other than that the hotel was quiet and relaxing with beautiful views. Sleeping was quiet as well. While walking in the parks, there was a bathroom exactly when I needed it. The park is clean and there are so many kid and family friendly rides. The bathrooms at parks and hotel are very clean. SO much time was spent on special little details. Even the elevator and bathrooms were an experience. We couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend going to Peppa and Legoland. 5 Stars.BE sure and visit Mini Land. I could write a small book. Thank you all! 4 year old
