The 42 inch Flat Panel HDTV is in the center of the room for viewing capability from the Cozy Corner or Hyatt Grand Bed area and complimentary Wi-Fi. Free breakfast for all guests. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. We are centrally located right off I-75 in the Forum Business Park, just minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport, Historic Downtown, Fort Myers Beach and the shopping district. Hyatt Place will allow up to 2 housebroken household pets -defined as a dog- per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of 150 USD for the 1st pet and an additional 50 USD fee for the 2nd pet in the room. Pets cannot exceed 50 lbs each. Service Animals are exempt from fees.

The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is OK. The transportation is very convenient, just off the highway.

Dirty rooms! Dirty common areas! Holes in carpet. Wallpaper peeling from wall and missing in some places. Filthy carpets...worn and black in places. Our first room had food and stains on couch. Broken plastic in carpet. Second room the floor looked like it hadn't be vacuumed for months. Stains on sheets and comforter

Perfect spot
Perfect location, near shopping & many restaurant options.
Loved the breakfast burrito fixings at the breakfast buffet.
Staff was courteous and helpful.
My room’s window opened to an exterior wall, so the room did not get much sunlight. Spacious room, & bed was very comfortable.

The pictures of this hotel online are VERY deceiving- the pool was small, dirty and there were literally 4 lounge chairs total.....and they were the most uncomfortable chairs ive ever sat it. You needed a pile of towels under you just to be able to sit on them. Which brings me to the next issue- the entire 4 days we were there, there were no towel at the pool. And when you asked, the staff got irritated and said "go ask the desk". Our room had stains everywhere, from the floor to the couch....the fridge door wouldnt stay closed and there was danage surrounding the entire fridge....just from aesthetic standpoint, that should have been fixed......I took LOTS of pics. Looking back at the pictures online, this place looked NOTHING like we exoected. Very disappointed.

The hotel was not well kept, rugs not clean, pool chairs broken, cups and towels in the pool. Overall I would give a rating of good, the staff made up for the lack of maintenance.
