Watching the sunrise at Naman was unforgettable!! The facilities at Naman Retreat were good. The breakfast spread was varied and diverse. Lunch at Hay Hay restaurant was excellent. Linh served us breakfast and lunch every day. She was attentive and remembered our room number 1504. Impressive considering that there were 500 guests at the hotel during busy morning breakfasts. BBQ dinner by the ocean was Oceantastic!! Fresh seafood, good variety too. In-room dining options for Supper were awesome too. The massages at the spa are certainly the ”Best in Vietnam”!! Our 2 bedroom pool villa was well equipped and clean. Naman has certainly been an awesome retreat for myself and my family. We stayed at the retreat all day, without leaving the resort. We will be back again, year after year!!

Tôi đến Wink với gia đình, lần này là lần thứ 3 tôi đến đây. Phòng thì không rộng đâu nhưng nó vừa đủ để cho những ai chỉ có nhu cầu ngủ khi thuê khách sạn. Lần này tôi có sử dụng dịch vụ giặt sấy và thật bất ngờ khi view ở phòng giặt sấy rất là đẹp. Các bạn nhân viên thì vẫn luôn nhiệt tình và năng động như mọi khi, điều này làm tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái khi giao tiếp với các bạn. Đặc biệt cảm ơn Lucas khi cả 3 lần ở khách sạn của tôi đều là do Lucas checkin và hỗ trợ, tôi cảm thấy rất vui vì điều này

Good hotel with cheap price as compare with surrounding hotels. The price is very attractive considering that the hotel has just renovated and rejuvenated in 2023. After the renovation, the standard has gone up many notches. The hotel location is on one of the busiest street and within walking distance to My Khe beach. Also very near to the city and Han river. There is two swimming pools at the top floor which also gives you an open beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding city nights light. These makes for good instagrammable background photos. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It would helps in communication if you could use Google translate to Vietnamese to communicate with them. The front desk and receptionist can communicate in English and the bell hop can communicate with a bit of Chinese. The hotel also can arranges and provides tour bookings to all the tourist attractions as well as transportation booking, which would be helpful for non-local tourists. Laundry service is available and good. The clothes when collected before 9.00 am in morning, it will be sent back to your room in the evening. Buffet breakfast for two is included in the hotel rates and the food is good.

enjoyed our stay their and the pool was nice as it was so hot, even into the evening. The rooms are modern and have all facilities you would need. the staff are really young but try very hard to please you. The only issue we had was with a return taxi that they booked to Hoi an, on the return to the hotel the driver tried to charge us more money and really had a go at the hotel staff, who had arranged this for us, due to the inexperience of the staff they were unable to deal with the situation and as this was not a lot of money we just paid the driver in the end.. The beach is within a 10 minute walk and was lovely thought the undercurrent was extreamly strong. There is lots of development in the area, so lots of building work going on at present around the hotel and along the beach front.

The villa that our family shared was well appointed, with cooking facilities, living area, and dining area. The bedrooms had super king beds in two of the bedrooms and and two singles in the other room. All bedrooms had an ensuite. The fourth bedroom was not opened for our use. Each villa had a private small pool. The staff was very friendly and transport was provided by the resort. The resort has a 50m pool that was warm at this time of the year. Any issue was dealt with promptly. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and catered for all tastes. I would not hesitate to come back again. The resort is set at the beach, so one can use the pool and have the beach right next to it.
