We had a lovely week at Radisson Red! Some of the highlights: - Our twin room (cheapest option) got upgraded to a room with sea view 🤩. It was the first time ever we got an upgrade and we were so grateful. It was lovely to have a balcony looking out over the beach and sea, listening to the waves. In a twin room they allow you to have two kids (as well as two adults) as long as they fit in the beds. The beds are 1.20 wide, so that was no problem for us. It made it a very affordable option! The beds were very comfortable. We also loved having a fridge, a very hot and spacious shower and robes. The room was cleaned very well every day. We also received new towels, water and tea/coffee every day. - The staff was so friendly, helpful and smiley. Whether it was at reception, at breakfast, cleaning staff, staff in the rooftop bar or in the swimming pool: everyone was just great! After only one day they recognised us. Special thanks to Thao who answered all my questions before booking and Josh who was always there to help us at reception. He even helped me to print some travel documents before leaving. - We LOVE the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. We spend so much time there during our stay. The pool is shaded so we never had to worry about sunscreen for the kids. There were lovely benches to relax on and big fluffy towels (no need to bring any). - Breakfast! Basically everything you can possibly think of is available! There is a huge buffet, but you can also order from a menu (which the kids loved, because there were pancakes, waffles and french toast on it). We really appreciated the long breakfast hours (6.30-10.30 and in weekend 6.30-11.00). Its nice just taking your time and being able to have another coffee with a pastry after breakfast. And as a Dutch person I especially appreciated the available cheeses 🧀. - We loved it that everything was so new in the hotel and the style is very cool. Lots of art to look at. The lobby is very spacious with lots of seating options and there is always cold water, popcorn and some fresh fruits available for guests. There are 3 lifts and we never had to wait long to get in. - The gym is great (according to my husband 😆). Some small points of improvement - The hot tub has quite a lot of sand inside and should be cleaned more often. - Our room cards got deactivated a few times which meant we had to go to reception before we could enter our room. - One day the room wasn’t cleaned, but we asked around 16.30 and it was solved straight away. - We had dinner at the rooftop bar one night and the food and staff was great, but there aren’t many options to sit/eat comfortably with kids. I think there used to be a restaurant on another floor with more traditional seating, but I don’t think it was open when we were there. Highly recommend staying at Radisson Red! And make sure to include breakfast, it’s totally worth it. We booked on Trip.com (which was the cheapest I could find after comparing all platforms) and thought we got great value for money! A fantastic hotel in a perfect location with a stunning view. Everything was new and fresh, as the hotel opened in 2024. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We chose not to include meals to explore local cafes, but the hotel does have a restaurant with a great breakfast selection and a rooftop bar offering a good variety of drinks and food. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Radisson Red and would definitely recommend it.

This is a terrible place for 5 star hotel. There packed water taste as if its filled from toilet. Cleanliness is horrible, they half clean the room when you asked them to. The only good thing in my case was that room had sea view from balcony which looked good initially but after an hour i was bored and i hardly stayed in the room. The flowers i posted was something which they charged me for when my fiance planned a birthday cake for me. Guess what these flowers they ******* asked for 1 million VND. And they negotiated to 500k VND. Man thats horrible. Entire hotel had a spooky vibes. Please dont go here rather save money and book something else or you can book some other 5 star.

My favourite hotel in Da Nang so far ! I ve stayed for 2nd time in 4 months. Ocean View, breakfast, swimming pool, roof top bar, customer service, cleanness- Everything is top notch! The staff is very friendly and hospitable 😉 Hope to be back😎

The hotel is in a fantastic and peaceful location next to the beach. As soon as we arrived the staff were very welcoming, the rooms were clean and look modern, and the ocean view is amazing! We loved relaxing on the balcony and looking out at the sunrise and sunsets. The hotel also has a very nice rooftop bar with a view of both the ocean and the city. We loved our stay and will coming back on the future.

We are extremely happy with the hotel. The hotel is new and stylish. A free upgrade to the beautiful beach front room was a present surprise when we checked in. The gym, swimming pool & spa are decent and well maintained. The buffet breakfast and rooftop bar are nice. Out of all, we really appreciated the services of the staffs. They were very helpful and spoke good English. We ended up booking one more night to stay during our trip. Two thumbs up for Radisson Red…highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is good, it's directly facing the the beach and just 15 minutes drive from the airport. It's around 15 minutes walk from the main beach and is quiet. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Hotel room and other facilities are new and clean. Breakfast is good

The room is big and clean, sea view is amazing!! Just few steps to the beach. The breakfast buffet is excellent, different options of food are provided. Hotel staffs are nice,helpful and friendly! I will still pick this hotel in my next DA NANG trip.

We stayed at the radisson red for a total of 3 nights. We have no complaints with the property, the standards were met and we had an amazing ocean view from my room. Location was good too. We loved our stay. Overall it was worth it

I think red Radisson team needs to pay more attention to details, like when guest is struggling with their luggage, they should not hesitate to help their guest. The basics in my room on a total of 9 days there by the 3rd day of cleaning my room they did not remember to replace with new bathrobes, amenities were also not refreshed in the bathroom. I'm pretty disappointed with the service, i understand the team at Red Radisson is young but there's simply no personal touch to it. I hope everyone is open to improve on the service.

In a quiet location north of My Khe. Nice section of the beach across the road. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and cafes on the main beach. Rooftop bar is nice with good drinks. Happy hour in the afternoon is great! Coffee lounge is also great and serves good strong coffee. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Originally booked for two nights. Finally stayed four! Great vibe.
