Be Sea Apartment & Hotel

The room is excellent! Two bedrooms and two super comfortable beds with good pillows. Three new air conditioners, working perfectly and quietly. A large balcony, though the view isn't great yet because there's construction opposite and it's a bit dirty. There's a coffee table with a small sofa, plus a comfortable desk for working. There's a kitchen, but no saucepan, only a frying pan. As for kitchen utensils, there are inexplicably 4 forks and only one spoon. A saucepan is really needed here. The dish sponge should be replaced. There's an elevator, which we were surprised by. On the 7th floor, there are sun loungers. The room has a new, large washing machine, and laundry detergent is provided, but there are very few hangers and no drying rack. You can dry clothes on the 7th floor outside on special lines. There are some small ants in the room, so be careful with fruits and sweets. But actually, we really liked the hotel; this is the 4th hotel we've stayed at in Da Nang, and I can definitely say it's the best. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, past a minimarket. The beach is fantastic, one of the best too. I forgot to mention that at check-in in the evening, a very polite lady with excellent, understandable English met us at the reception, explained and showed us everything. I recommend this hotel and we plan to return here again.

Overall, a very satisfying stay, great value for money. The proprietress speaks Chinese, which made us feel very welcome and at home.

We absolutely loved the apartment in this building. It felt just like home. We especially liked the hosts; they were very friendly. We'll definitely be back for our next vacation.

The owners were super friendly. We did have some ants one day, but other than that, no problems. Super friendly!

Brand new apartments. The hosts, who also manage the property, were very attentive and always available. Housekeeping is provided upon request, but there are no complimentary toiletries. Kitchen supplies were replenished throughout our stay whenever we asked – everything was new. The TV has smart features. There are a couple of shops nearby. It's a 15-minute walk to a beautiful, but undeveloped, beach, though we took a Grab (scooter taxi) which only took 3 minutes. The apartments are about a 20-minute walk from the main tourist area, but for the price, it's perfectly acceptable, and taxis are cheap.

Freshly renovated, includes a bed, desk, and chairs. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the sea. The owners are friendly, and overall, it's good value for money. I liked it.
