I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and around Vietnam. Balcona hotel raises the bar on all of them. This is one of the nicest, luxurious hotels I've stayed in for many years. Large rooms, very comfortable bedding, very clean , even the sheets smelled amazing. The pool and gym are nice, and there's even a child's playroom next to the gym. Upon check-in, I was greeted with a nice refreshing herbal tea and a free coupon for afternoon tea in the restaurant. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly including the service desk. The buffet breakfast offered a large variety of hot and cold dishes, an omelette station, lots of different breads, fruits and pastries. I truly felt amazing and I highly recommend Balcona Hotel.

The hotel is pretty good, my khe beach is just directly across the road. If you book yourself a seafront room you get a nice unobstructed view of the beach.
Bed is comfortable and the room is clean and nice. The only downside is the shower stall drainage may not be that great so water may overflow when showering.
But the staff were great in trying to help out our issues and accomodate our needs. It also has easy access to shoplots and restaurants

This was our second stay at the Balcona hotel. The hotel is safe for families and it is in front of the beach. The staff is polite and helpful. They even prepared veg sandwiches for us every morning. Thank you Balcona hotel

Beautiful Views and Excellent Service at Balcona Hotel Da Nang
I stayed at Balcona Hotel Da Nang for two nights and had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel environment is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The sea view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the pool area offered beautiful scenery that made it perfect for relaxing.
The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether it was breakfast or other meals, everything was fresh and flavorful.
What impressed me most was the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. They genuinely care about guest satisfaction and handled everything with sincerity and efficiency. Even when a small issue arose during my stay involving a driver, the hotel team responded quickly and thoughtfully, making sure I felt safe and supported.
I truly appreciate the way the hotel took responsibility and made things right. It’s clear that guest experience is a top priority here.
One lovely surprise: if you're celebrating a birthday, the hotel will even prepare a cake for you! It’s a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they value their guests.
