Unfortunately this place didn’t meet expectations. We were not given the room that we had paid for and we got given a much worse replacement. Firstly the bed wasn’t too comfortable. There was only 1 charging socket half way across the room. The fridge smelled. The air con leaked into the bathroom which meant the floor was always wet. The window was always open (couldn’t close it) which led to noisy mornings and mozzy bites. A few stains on the walls too. However the staff at the counter were lovely! at the end of the day it wasn’t too expensive so you get what you pay for, just nothing like the photos.

This hotel is in an excellent location, only one road away from My Khe Beach. First line sea view, I stayed here for a total of 3 days. Generally speaking, the decoration of this hotel is relatively average, and the comfort of the bedding is average. It is not like the standard of a five-star hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. The service level of the staff is also quite satisfactory, I can't say whether it's good or bad. I have stayed in three room types in total. The city view room and sea view room are relatively average and have low value for money. The sea view of the exclusive suite is amazing. It can be ranked in the top 3 of all hotels in Da Nang. The room is about 90 square meters, with full floor-to-ceiling glass, 180 degrees. Sea views without blind spots. Because this room is so amazing, I can barely give it 4 points.
