The lobby looks nice,and this is where it stops. I mean price is not hight, however, I understand ripped bedding,but not sad breakfast, mouldy 🚿 (I know there was another one,and that's the one I used, however...), dirty bathtub, stains on the bedding...I also know that you can call reception and they should replace/clean, however, someone should have checked it and marked ok, before checking in, so you can tell standards are not very high. Staff is nice and helpful tho

Good location, is near the beach, my room has a good review. Nearby many food restaurant too, as for hotel breakfast we didn’t manage to wake up in time for it. Recommended.

Decent budget hotel. I got the room nearest to the elevator, which was really noisy. Not had everything you need, nothing special of note. I don't understand why you need a full length glass window in the bathroom though. Really?! As if anyone would want the whole world to watch you taking a bath. Receptionist was helpful. They had a rooftop pool but I didn't go.

We had a great stay at the cosmos hotel. it’s very well located very close to the beach and to plenty of restaurants. ( you should try bikini bottoms burgers and 2lady kitchen bahn mi !!! ) The room was spotless and the room was well serviced. the staff is really nice and helpful. There is a pool on the rooftop of the hotel that give a nice view of the city and the ocean :)

Nice hotel but not like in the picture. Average Breakfast. Noisy due to people talking in the corridors until late night and early morning. Nice stay overall

The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay. But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming. Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay. On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard. Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

Affordable and includes breakfast! It's also in a convenient location. I find all pho in Vietnam delicious, probably because they don't use additives and the ingredients are genuine. 👍

Recommended stay and room is so spacious! Will book again in the future. It is also surrounded by many restaurants and mart! Pretty close to beach as well

Banyo ve oda temizdi. Sadece televizyonun üstü cok tozluydu. Nevresim ve yatak temiz hissetiriyordu. Yatak rahattı. Banyo güzeldi. Dis fırçası ve macunun kalitesini arttırmalılar. El havlusu veya saç havlusu verilmiyor bu çok büyük eksiklik. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Ödenen paranın karşılığını fazlasıyla veriyor. Tripte satın alırken karşılama hediyesi verileceği yazıyordu ancak reception böyle bir seyden haberi olmadığını söyledi, ilginçti.

Liked this hotel that's why I booked it for one more night. Breakfast is ok. Location is very good.

What is entirely unacceptable is your staff's false accusation that I opened and consumed a bottle of water, which I demonstrably did not. This is not a matter of a negligible charge; it is a matter of integrity and customer respect. I refuse to be held accountable for something I did not do, regardless of how small the monetary value is. Consider this my first and last time staying at your hotel.

Nice staff was able to drop our bags off early. Comfortable bed, great views from 12th floor. Easy walk to the beach and food

Great value. Great location. Very friendly staff. Pool and pool area a bit dated but once again great to have for price of room! Would stay again

I rated all 5/5 for cleanliness, staff support & friendliness, location is near to my desired places. The food needs more improvement in terms of the the variety of choices though,- that’s 3/5.
