Fantastic little hotel in a great location 10 minutes from the beach and loads of great bars and restaurants all around. Staff were fantastic. Only downside, and it’s not major, we asked for wine glasses in our room because their bar is closed. We could have them no reason given even though they had a shelf full.

We stayed at Grand Ocean Luxury Hotel for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist us. One thing we really appreciated was that the breakfast menu changes every day, offering a good variety of dishes. While enjoying your breakfast, you can see the beach directly from your table. The pool view is absolutely amazing—you can see the beach directly from the pool, which makes swimming and relaxing even more enjoyable. It added a luxurious and refreshing vibe to our stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Grand Ocean Luxury Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. Great value and a comfortable place to stay!

We had a very good stay. Basic room on the smaller size but it was perfect for us. Breakfast was very good on the 12th floor with and beautiful view of the beach. The breakfast ladies were super friendly and helpful The beach is about 3 blocks from the hotel. Laundry lady beside the hotel. Restaurants. Great location. Thank you

The room was clean but a little tired amd sometimes we had ants in the room. It had a great view out into the city and air con worked well. The hotel is in a great location close to the beach and lots of restaurants/coffee shops/ beauty salons and has a 24hr shop next door and about a 30min walk to dragon bridge Breakfast wasn’t great so we chose to eat out during our stay here. You have to take 2 flights of stairs to get upto pool as lift only goes to 12th floor I would recommend this hotel Picture of room/view from room and view from roof top pool looking out to beach

So amazing experience in this hotel  , the staff from the reception, bellman and the servers in restaurant is very friendly , helpful and hospitable ❤️. The buffet breakfast is so nice and delicious , and the view in the rooftop pool is very beautiful and spectacular . The room was tidy and so spacious . The hotel location is great near in the beach , market , restaurant and spa .  I would back to book and stay again in this hotel ❤️

we saw cockroaches twice during my stay at this hotel. one in my room and another in the 12th floor restaurant while I was having breakfast. I informed the staff, but I don’t think they fully understood my concern. The room itself was not very clean, and the breakfast offered very limited options. The only positive aspects of this hotel are the lobby and the reception area. While I understand that this hotel is a more budget-friendly option, the cockroaches and overall cleanliness issues make it not worth the stay. I would rather pay more to stay somewhere cleaner and more comfortable.
