the room has a musty smell although it is not strong i can still smell it the TV does not work when i book the room but the person who checked me in was willing to fix it after I pressured him the shower water was not hot enough

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the beach and good restaurants, shops, etc everything you need. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. They clean your room everyday also which is nice.

the room has 2 queen size spring mattresses. the room was clean and didn't have a foul odor like some other reviews. the location is great for attractions and food options.
only negative I have is you can hear noise from the hallway due to the door having some gap at the bottom. in this room, the tv was also broken, but that's no biggie for us. also the receptionist speaks very little to no English, so we relied heavily on Google translate.

Tldr: not really recommended.
This place is very centrally and conveniently located. There are 24/7 shops, restaurants, spas, pretty much everything in close vicinity, but that is about it as far the positives go.
Ctrip lists it as 3 stars, because it is ctrip and ctrip would probably list my uncle's toolshed as a 4+ star , but it is actually officially rated 1 star and it pretty much fits.
Old towels, low water pressure, cranky wifi, as well as a noisy something(fusebox, generator, i dont know) sporadic cleaning/water bottle renewal service and the wierdest elevator that calls up various floors when going to G are just some of its charm. And that is all fine and fitting for a convenient one star and not a bad stay as such, but its price is suggesting few stars more making it bad value for money.

Location is perfect for beach lovers like me,good hotel but need to clean better,very accessible to restaurants and shops,easy to find ,just close to airport….just please repair the door lock ,,,anybody can open my room when im outside,but all over 8/10 for my ratings

Although the room was not that dirty, the service was not great. Nobody really spoke english, we said to the receptionist that we would check out at 06:30 which was okay (24 hour service) but when we checked out the guy was asleep in the lobby and after yelling at him to wake him up he still did not wake up. We also wanted to rent motorbikes but they were all sold out, which i though was strange. Location is fine tho

The reception was helpful when we said the electric kettle wasn't working, they just gave us a replacement immediately. The only thing is that they don't have any facilities available in or close to the lobby for public use, and that's the only downside I'd say.
