my second time back to Davue it feel more like a apartment than hotel the room is decent size this time i got more English channel there were leak on the shower but I'm staying just 1 night

lucky i only stay for 1 night a family with a different room is so noisy with kids the TV has no channel so i connect with my phone i would come back if there's no other choice

A simple and nice trip and the room was quite clean as well. Would recommend

AVOID THIS HOTEL. This is the worst accommodation in Da Nang that I have ever stayed in. Firstly, when I checked into the hotel, no one warned me that when I checked out I would be billed for the water I drank (two bottles of water were changed daily). For two bottles of water I was billed 60,000 VND!! Although all hotels provide water for free. Secondly, the air conditioning worked very poorly, my remote did not work and the temperature could not be adjusted. Thirdly, the hotel is not soundproofed, every night I could hear my neighbors walking along the corridor, having fun and yelling. On the last night of my stay, an unknown man broke into my room around 2am and tried to get into the room while I was sleeping. It turned out that at the reception, by staff's mistake, he was given a card for my room, although I was still living in this room, no one even apologized for this! In general, the attitude is very bad, no one helped me with my suitcase. elevator only from the second floor, so be ready to lift all your luggage to the reception yourself. also the room was supposed to have a window, but the window turned out to be a dummy. there was rust in the kettle, the shower head was leaking. the only plus in the hotel is the cleanliness and cleaning, they really cleaned every day and gave out clean towels every day, also the location is very close to the beach. overall I am very disappointed and was forced to move to another hotel to spend the rest of the vacation there.

They have a house keeping every day. They also change the beddings and the towels. What I have noticed is that the carpet isn’t vacuumed and it has a smell. I also don’t understand how the temperature of the sink and shower work. Sometimes it’s warm and suddenly turns into too hot.

Clean hotel with daily clean up. Location is convenient. Would recommend

Front desk staff is approachable. Service and amenities are somehow living up to average.

The location is good, but perhaps because the hotel is new, there is a strong glue-like smell in the rooms and on the floors. The children staying there were making noise in the rooms and on the floor in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep. There seemed to be a lot of children in the rooms, and no parents were to be found. Even when we tried to tell them off, they would start making noise again soon after, causing other Vietnamese tourists to have to rush over to tell them off as well. I don't think the hotel has any restrictions or checks on the number of guests allowed per room. The price is cheap, but I guess that's just the kind of clientele and attitude the hotel has. It was the worst accommodation experience of my month in Vietnam.

I booked a room with 1 bed. When I got there, the staff said that there were many guests, so they sympathized and gave me a room with 2 beds. When there were no more 1-bed rooms, the staff and the hotel did not call me back to inform me, and only told me when I got there. I asked several times but the staff kept quiet.

We stayed at this hotel for a few hours before the airport to get ready and wash up. They gave us a room without a window, but the room was big enough, though shabby. There were dashiki and water in the room, and a kettle. We thought the dashiki were a gift, since there was no menu with prices, but it's good we didn't eat them 😂 , since when we checked out of the room the girl started saying that they were paid for and we returned them. In general, it's ok for a few hours, but I wouldn't want to live there for a day. The water pressure in the shower is poor and the air conditioner barely blows.

Location...Good The beach is nearby, and there are many cafes and restaurants. Staff...Good We didn't have any particular interaction, but they let us check in more than an hour early! Thank you Room...Good We paid for an ocean view room. The ocean can be seen through the gap between the buildings. But it's cheap and there are no complaints about the view. My complaint is that the Wi-Fi was disastrous. It was the worst. Sometimes it was good, but most of the time it was too slow, and sometimes it was completely gone and I used my own SIM card data. It was also slow because there was a limit, and the Wi-Fi was so bad that I postponed my stay in Da Nang, but I had no choice but to move to another hotel. Even if I wanted to search for various things on Google Maps, it took a lot of time just to look at photos and menus, and I was frustrated because I couldn't use my time meaningfully. Also, there was no hair dryer. I wonder if I could have borrowed one at the reception?

I was impressed by how helpful the hotel staff were! The room had no windows, so I couldn't enjoy the view. There wasn't much hot water, but it was clean and I was satisfied.
