The Ocean Luxury Villa Da Nang

Pros: The hotel has large, well-maintained grounds, spacious rooms, and the beach is almost deserted. The beach itself is wide and clean, with a shallow entry into the sea, and the water is cleaner than in central Da Nang. Suitable for those seeking a quiet, secluded getaway. Daily cleaning, excellent staff. Cons: Located on the outskirts of Da Nang, there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Keep this in mind. We were saved by Grab delivery and taxis. There is a restaurant on the complex near the beach, but the prices are higher than at the airport. If you enjoy a lively atmosphere, this hotel is probably not for you.

Claiming it was the Tet holiday, I paid an additional 4 million VND in cash locally. I'm not sure if this is correct... Anyway, the paid airport pickup service was convenient. I went to Danang to celebrate my parents' 60th birthday :) I chose this place for my accommodation and I was very satisfied! The air conditioner in the room I stayed in was a little weak, but overall it was good! I didn't take any pictures of the room, lol

It was so good. I liked the facilities and everything was good. The service was good and it was close to the ocean so it seemed like a good place for kids to play. I really liked it.

The best place if you want a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach is nearby, so it's good for walking. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms... If you want a private life even with your family, it's a good place. It's far from downtown Da Nang, so transportation costs are a bit high, and there are no convenience stores or other amenities nearby, so you should keep that in mind when choosing a place to stay.

There are not many villas that can accommodate 3 families in Danang. We visited Furama and The Ocean, and they have pros and cons. Furama: Breakfast is available and the private pool is quite large. You can also use the auxiliary facilities and the outdoor pool is nice. However, it is expensive. The Ocean: The interior is similar to Furama, but the spacing is wider. Delivery and Grab are available to the front of the villa. You can communicate directly with the manager and make requests and adjustments. The chef comes and cooks breakfast, and the food is okay, but the menu is limited, so I do not recommend it. However, the food is delicious. The price is cheaper than Furama.

The swimming pool was cleaned every evening and was not managed separately during the day, so the water was clean in the morning, but floating debris floated around in the afternoon. This was a bit disappointing... There didn't seem to be any pollution other than floating debris. There were no skin problems, including for the children. The beach was wide and the depth was gently sloping, so it was perfect for playing with the children. Breakfast was not bad (not so good value for money) Most tourist attractions can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. There was nothing around, no ATMs or convenience stores, so you have to use a delivery service to buy simple drinks like water or snacks. Resorts located on the beach line seem to be in a similar situation. The delivery fee was around 1,000 won, so it wasn't too inconvenient because you could use the delivery service without any burden Overall, I was satisfied and would visit again if I came to Danang again

Spacious room, quiet outside, a bit far from the center. Great for a vacation.
