Thank you for change the room to the penthouse It is so convenient to us, we are so happy to stay this hotel and hope to stay there again.

I want to say thank you to Ms Tam NG. Thank you so much for giving me a great view facing the beach. Every morning when i woke up and looked outside seeing the waves, I knew how lucky I was. Your services and caring for senior citizens are very impressive and highly appreciated. Thank you for your team's service, especially to Keit. Thank you, Keit, for helping me to book the Grab twice and walked me to the car to make sure I didn't tripped on the wet floor. I want to bring my family from the U.S. to enjoy a great time like my at your hotel with your great and impressive services.

The room is nice and clean. However, I was disgusted by the facial tissues provided in the room. The facial tissues were torn into half before being filled into the tissue box!!! Meaning every single piece of the facial tissue was touched by whoever tore the facial tissues, and these facial tissues have all been contaminated! This is so unhygienic!!! When I called for housekeeping to bring me new tissue box, the facial tissues were the same—being torn into half!! This practice needs to be stopped immediately, as it’s extremely unhygienic and not acceptable! Hope the hotel will look into this matter seriously. I bought my own facial tissues from the supermarket next door. Besides that, I was disappointed that the hotel check in staff didn’t realize that it was my birthday on the check in day. An initiative to give your guest a pleasant birthday surprise would be very much appreciated.

This was indeed, one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at in a very long time. The location is excellent, the facilities are top class, and most importantly, as a foreigner travelling the world, the staff were so friendly and most helpful. They assisted me with everything that I needed: From laundry, currency exchange, transport and even tours, the staff were more than happy to assist. I rate this a 5 star experience and will surely be back here again 😊👌🏼

Nice hotel along My Khe Beach. Hotel has prepared a cake for our wedding anniversary but request to upgrade to ocean view was not fulfilled. Breakfast buffet was nice and widespread. Only disappointment is the check out time takes 15 min and the porter has no initiatives to help with luggage.

Hotel right by the beach. However, if you like quiet environment, this is not a place, because there is a restaurant and beach party near the hotel. I stay on the 10th floor. People on the street can look up and see me. When I make the reservation, I specifically asked for the high floor, but they did not accommodate my request. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Most of clientele is local. 

Very busy area. Crossing the road is the beach. Service is soso。room with ocean view is great.

Great location, beside the hotel have a supermarket and you can buy whatever you need. The opposite is My Khe beach and one row of seafood restaurants.

Booked an ocean view room and upon check in they said the room smelled like alcohol and asked if I still wanted to stay in the room. They did not have another room similar available and said the smell will go away in a few hours. It did not go away and smell lingered for the whole 3 days I was there. Hotel air con also was not working very well so it was very humid and hot during our stay. Hotel breakfast was OK, had minimal selection but did the job, breakfast area was super humid and hot too and was not enjoyable when eating. We also encountered a huge spider size of my hand in our shower and that also freaked us out. Unsure where it would’ve came from. Overall stay wasn’t very pleasant. Only good thing was the view of the ocean.

Breakfast was awesome, and the food tasted good. Strategic location as the hotel is in front of the beach. The staff were helpful.

First time travelling to Danang and first time staying in Minh Toan. Hotel room is clean and I booked a twin bed partial beach view. View is pretty good. Generally the hotel service is quite good with good location. However, the gym needs to be refurbish with new equipment. The hotel breakfast spread is quite good, with plenty to items to choose. Other than the massive beach, Danang is pretty quiet and the eateries closed by 10pm. If you need a quiet place to chill, this could be a good.

Really like the un-obstructed ocean view from the room. Enjoyed the stay!
