Le Pavillon Hoi An Gallery Hotel & Spa

The hotel left a pleasant impression. The service was excellent: the staff were responsive, and we were offered refreshing drinks upon arrival. The room matched the photos. It was a little worn, but not critically so. All amenities were available. Breakfast was decent: my husband always found something to eat, tried different dishes, and was satisfied with everything. I'm pickier and found less for myself, but I didn't leave hungry. The coffee was delicious. The location is excellent, with the Old Town and its embankment within walking distance, as is the island where the 'Memories of Hoi An' show takes place. We stayed for two nights and would return again. I can recommend it.

The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and greeted us warmly. The room was spacious. The price was not high. The only downside was that the door to our room was incredibly difficult to open; we had to ask for assistance two days in a row. The soundproofing wasn't great. The bed was too soft for me, and the pillows were too high. There were also too few power outlets. What I found most unacceptable was the pool. It's next to a residential area, so there's no privacy, and since it's open-air, birds appeared 😵. The water felt dirty, and you could feel sand when you stepped on the bottom. If you plan on swimming, please choose carefully. As for the location, it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Old City and a 10-minute walk to the Memory Show. The price is truly a bargain. Travelers on a budget might consider it.

Excellent hotel! It's clean and pleasant, everything you need is there and working perfectly. The location near the tourist area is super convenient. Breakfasts are absolutely fantastic. The staff really go the extra mile to please guests, they're great!

The location is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk to the bustling Old Town. Along the way, there's a bakery with excellent cakes and drinks. The room is spacious, and the furniture layout is very well-designed. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Very cozy, although the hotel is in need of renovation. The staff is very lovely. We ordered fruits to the room, and they presented everything beautifully. The bed is enormous, and we asked for an extra blanket, which they brought without any problems. We stayed for 2 nights. It was just right. You can park your bike right at the entrance.

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are well-equipped for the price. It's about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. They offer free bicycles for guests, though they are a bit old.
