I booked this hotel in April 2023 and I had large apartments 35-40 square meters and I really liked it. Three months later I booked a room in this hotel again but the service wasn’t that good as last time. I have got a small room around 15 square meters, and bed sheets were still bad washed with dots on pillows, small table with broken socket so that I couldn’t charge my phone near the bed. Finally, the toilet wasn’t washed I saw dry urine from the previous guest on the toilet seat. Bad service this time!

Even though the hotel had the fans and air conditioners on, it was so hot that I couldn't stay in the room, so I went outside. It was actually cooler outside. Never come to a hotel like this.

The room was filthy and very run down. We had to leave the 2nd night as we found 4 cockroachs and the place was so filthy. There was also old used face masks and condoms under the bed. There was a smell of urine from the toilet, bed was very hard/firm.... 1 window that looked out to a wall so might as well had no window. We did try to communicate the issues above with staff but unfortunately they had little English and we had little Vietnamese. We did show them pictures of the above but they did not seem to react. That said the price is super cheep. But would cost little to do a general clean up. Would not recommend even for cheap price. No compensation for night lost due to above but you get what you pay for!
