Our dormitory rooms have different capsule styles, and some are designed with curtains instead of solid doors. The photos on booking platforms may show different room types, which can sometimes cause confusion. We are very sorry that this was not clear before your arrival.Concerning the cancellation request, we understand how frustrating this situation must have felt. However, as your booking was made through Trip.com, we are required to follow the cancellation policy set by the platform and agreed to at the time of reservation. Once the booking is confirmed and within the non-refundable period, we are unfortunately unable to override their system from our side. We are sorry if our explanation at that time was not clear enough.About the air conditioning, we apologize for the discomfort caused. In shared dorm rooms, we try to maintain a temperature that suits most guests and sometimes adjust it to avoid overloading the system. However, your feedback is very important, and we will review how we manage the temperature to ensure better comfort for everyone.We are especially concerned to hear about the cockroach you mentioned. This is absolutely not the standard we aim to maintain. We regularly conduct pest control, but we will immediately recheck and reinforce our cleaning and inspection procedures on the first floor to prevent this from happening again.We also apologize for the unstable Wi-Fi and for any impression that our staff were not supportive. That is certainly not the level of service we want our guests to experience. We truly appreciate your kind words about our housekeeping team — we will make sure to share your compliments with them.Your feedback helps us understand where we need to improve, and we genuinely regret that your stay left you with such a negative impression.
