The hotel is quite far from the Dragon Bridge. The room is not clean. The loud noise from the outside entered the room very clearly. Another room blowing hair can still be heard coming into our room. The spaciousness of the room is good. There is no staff to help carry the luggage or anything at all. Until we can check in, it is very long. We cannot find our booking.

Me and my wife spent 2 days at this hotel and we really liked everything. The room is always clean, breakfast is always fresh and tasty. The view from the rooftop is amazing and there is a nice swimming pool.We had a wonderful time in this hotel!

The hotel had a horrible mouldy smell which was very unpleasant. Everything was really old, could do with an upgrade. The most disappointing was the customer service, unhelpful and unfriendly. Would not stay there again.

Very pretty hotel but bathroom had ants all over. Staff average and breakfast mediocre- not the best. Good location and restaurants around. Soundproofing was good. Overall it’s an OK hotel, good for budget trips

The room was bad, the walls were soaked with water and peeling. The room was not cleaned properly, the toilet was not cleaned properly, the toilet paper was gone, only 5cm of paper was left on the roll and they did not replace it. The spare roll of toilet paper was wet. I went to the reception to borrow a fruit knife from the room but the receptionist did not lend me one. The service was terrible. Will never come back.
