Tam House Villa Hotel

I stayed here briefly as I had a late-night flight, and it was great! I loved that they offered afternoon tea, fruits, and bread. The pool was also beautiful and lovely. The staff were very kind as well. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I saw reviews mentioning a moldy smell and went in with low expectations, but there was no smell at all and it was great! They also helped me check in early. If you're going to Da Nang, definitely stay in a hotel with a pool, not an apartment!

Highly recommended! Clean rooms, powerful air conditioning, and a hygienic environment. The pool is great for a swim. Plus, there are restaurants within a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient. The location is also close to the airport.

Our two-day stay here was excellent, thanks to the fantastic front desk staff and service team. When we checked out, we had a communication issue with our Grab driver for the airport, and they immediately stepped in to help us talk to him! While we were swimming in the pool, they promptly noticed us and brought us large towels and afternoon tea. If we have the chance, we'll definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was clean and the friendly staff made our trip enjoyable. The pool was also excellent. I'd love to stay here again.

We arrived late at night. There was no accessible ramp at the entrance, so we had to carry our luggage up about eight steps to reach the hotel. Upon entering the room, we found quite a few mosquitoes. There were also some geckos near the door, but since there was a lot of greenery, at least we saw geckos instead of cockroaches, which is a plus! Beneficial insects are good. As for the mosquitoes, no need to worry. The reception area has plenty of electric mosquito swatters you can take to deal with them. Basically, with ample air conditioning, after the first round of mosquito extermination, there weren't many left. On the first night, a mango was provided in the room, but generally, Vietnamese mangoes aren't very tasty. The room was well-equipped with a tea set, kettle, dishes, and a refrigerator. The mattress was quite comfortable. The pillows were also good and provided enough height. The bathroom had good water pressure. From 3 to 5 PM, the hotel offers a floating afternoon tea. If you're a hotel guest by the pool during that time, they'll bring you a basket for photos, including sliced watermelon, mango pudding, and two glasses of watermelon juice. It's very Instagrammable, and you won't get sunburnt, but there's still plenty of light. Regarding the location, there are many famous seafood restaurants nearby with good reviews, all within walking distance.

Well, guys, if we're talking about value for money, this place is simply top-notch! From the pleasant scent in the room to the fresh smell in the bathroom, there was no sewer smell as some other reviews mentioned. The bathroom itself is a bit dated, but manageable. The cleaning was thorough, and the pool was sparkling clean! It's very quiet, and the staff are super responsive. I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea – that was a lovely touch! I didn't notice any mosquitoes, and the room was always treated 🩵 I definitely recommend it 🍒 The only thing I missed were bathrobes; they would have been a nice addition!))

I was disappointed. I kept feeling uneasy while sleeping and all I wanted to do was check out quickly and move to the next accommodation ㅠㅠ. The staff are incredibly friendly. However, the cleanliness of the accommodation needs to be improved.
