The first day stay hotel. The air conditioner not cold. Can not sleep whole night.

A budget-friendly stay with a strong location advantage. Just a short 5-minute walk to My Khe Beach, making it very convenient for beach access. There were some maintenance issues during my stay, I had to change rooms due to a leaking AC, and the new room had a leaking sink. That said, the staff were responsive and did their best to assist. Considering the price point, it’s a reasonable choice, especially for solo travelers who are more flexible and prioritize location over facilities.

The hotel is close to the beach and the view from the window is quite nice. However, my room did not look like the photos and clearly needs renovation. There is a lot of mold in the bathroom. To get hot water you have to wait about 10 minutes for the cold water to run out, but the drain works poorly so water starts to pool on the floor. At check-out I was also charged 50,000 for a bottle of water even though the price listed in the room was 15,000. Overall, for this price there are many better hotels in this area. I'm glad I only stayed there for a short time

Perfect location, short walk from the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly, we were able to extend our stay with ease.

The hotel is well located. Rooms are spacious. Receptionists are welcoming and polite. There is a guy at the entrance who helps with parking. He was helpful. Furniture is pretty old, there was mold on bathroom curtains. When we checked in it was very dusty under the sofa and there were some spots on the sofa cushion.

Great hotel with best staff on site. The room was clean everyday and was a very comfortable stay. Location is brilliant

Nice hotel in a prime location. The staff are warm and friendly, rooms are very clean. I'd stay here again.

The price was totally matching with the quality of the room. Worth it !
