The laundry service is excellent. Our clothes were washed and dried at the express option, but they charged us at the regular rate.

very strategic location in Da Nang… staff were friendly & helping walking distance to beach & only less than 15 minutes to airport breakfast was superb room clean & with best accommodation will come again…

The hotel is acceptable but a little disappointing as the room we booked on the trip.com mentioned 40sqft for the family room. Upon check in we saw that the room was only 28sqft . We felt short changed and told the front office staff . We checked by measurements with their staff and told them that the room size for the family room (804 ) is misleading. They should be more clear and state room size as 28sqft. We would have booked another hotel if we know beforehand the size was 28sqft. The staff compensated by giving us another room .

Lobby still under renovation when I am there. Room is clean. The shower is not ideal. It’s either cold or too hot. Breakfast is ok with egg and pho station

I went on a trip for my grandmother's birthday, and when I stopped by her room in the afternoon, there was a birthday cake with a letter. I was so moved~ I was very satisfied with the rooftop pool, spa underneath, and breakfast :)

You can't see Mike Beach directly from the room, but slightly to the side. Still, it is right in front, so accessibility is excellent. The room itself is kept clean and the pool is small. Breakfast is also pretty good.

The night view is great, very much like a bay city feel. I woke up in the morning and walked 300 meters to My Khe Beach. The weather was beautiful and I watched a visual feast of the sunrise on the beach. The breakfast was also delicious. Will book again next time!

Rooms clean and comfortable. staff friendly. Breakfast generous but unfortunately very little vegetarian options coffee bad. Rooftop pool very nice.
