"Mercure Hotel was very cool! 😎 The shower felt super nice 🚿 and refreshing. The check-in process is a bit involved because of a transportation rule— you need to get to the cable car station by 8 PM to reach the top of the mountain and check in. We just made it in time! ⏰🚠 All the staff were great and very helpful. 😊
One thing I wish they told us more about was the many free activities available at Sunworld 🎢🎡. We stayed for two nights but didn’t have a lot to do, though relaxing in the clouds was pretty amazing ☁️✨. Expect it to be cloudy because of how high up the mountain is.
I don’t recommend upgrading your room; stick with the basic option. The Deluxe King was a bit inconvenient since our windows faced the main square where the bars played music and karaoke til midnight 🎶😵💫. Amenities were lacking, I would have loved a sauna or pool 🧖🏻. Overall, I’m sure you’ll have fun! 🎉👍"

"The location is great , just cross the road to the beach entrance. Room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet but there was a bit crowded around 9 AM. So, you should manage your time to have breakfast without waiting. The rooftop pool was stunning. I recommend you to swim in the afternoon or evening to avoid strong sun. The staffs were friendly and enthusiastic."

"I stayed here for six days but then I loved how the staff were and decided to extend my stay with them! They were so friendly and I gifted them chocolates to help support their hard work. When I extended my stay, they upgraded my room so that I can enjoy a bit more of beautiful Danang! I’ve gotta mention the staffs, Ny Na and Ha, for their committed service in this hotel! "We had wonderful experiences to stay here in this newly hotel except we got minor incidents which staffs check inn and sign paper for assigned rooms but rooms was not ready and we have to wait for the rooms. Unfortunate when they give us keys is not the same room which I signed for. After all they sortout and we were happy"

"Overall we had an awesome experience at this hotel considering I manage to snag the booking at the last moment. I had requested for a higher floor room and the staff made sure that my request was well taken care of, as you can see in the image uploaded the scenic view from my room. I could literally see all of the Danang city facing towards the north end of the beach including the statue of Lady Buddha. Additionally, the proximity of the hotel from the beach and all other lively parts of Danang made it all the more better. The buffet spread was excellent with lots of variety in terms of dishes, and the hotel staff also gave us a free Afternoon tea coupon, along with a 30 min spa treatment for booking a stay with them. Will recommend our family and friends in case they decide to visit Danang in the near future."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property looks modern, new, and very clean—definitely worthy of five stars. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, and we had a beautiful partial sea view that made the stay even more special.
Since this trip was for my sister’s birthday, the hotel went above and beyond by surprising her with a birthday cake, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of Vietnamese, Korean, and Western options that changed every day. We also really enjoyed the afternoon tea.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Lindsey and the whole team were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive—they really made us feel welcome.
We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends, and we look forward to coming back again!"

GGuest UserI fell in love with Da Nang the late night (July 8) I checked in the hotel. It was over 12:00 am, and I didn't expect any services as the timing was ackward. As soon as I stepped into the door, I was greeted with the warmest reception. The gentleman helped me check in , carried my heavy suitcase all the way to my room on the 2nd floor, and explained everything I needed to know about using the facility in the room.
All the staff in the hotel has been well trained. The server in the restaurant, the receptionests, even the house keeping girls always greeted the guests with smile.
The public areas on the 1st and 2nd floors are comfortable and beautifully decorated.
I checked out on July 11th. The services extended to me lasted to the last minute I checked out. The receptionest on duty, though smaller than me, helped me carry my heavy suitcase.
Definitely, my family and I would choose to stay with the Heritage Village next time we visit Da Nang.

The rooms were spacious and luxurious, offering a perfect retreat after exploring the city. Ms Ly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooftop pool provided a serene escape, and the dining options were exquisite. Located conveniently near attractions, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a truly unforgettable stay in Da Nang.

SSarahLMH21The hotel was very nice. The staff were very accommodating and it was located about 15 min walk from the beach. The area was quiet at night which was very ideal. We were enjoying our wedding anniversary and got a complementary cake which was nice. The only downside was that some of the light switches weren’t working, but they were doing renovations in each room so that’s understandable. It is not soundproof as I would wake up early in the morning to noise from kids and other people moving.
They have two swimming pools but jacuzzi doesn’t work and gym is small. All in all, it was a good stay.

Buffet breakfast was amazing but can be switched up more menus. The room service can be improved when ask for toilet paper you gotta chase them a. Second or third times.
The service check in with Josh was pleasant.

KKS 128This hotel is awesome! I plan our anniversary at this hotel and ask for some decorations. And the hotel heard it and provided what I want, and extra give us a lovely small strawberry cake with some fruits. Really appreciated it very much. Everything is good, cleanliness, environment, high floor with good scenery view, nice bed and pillows. Only small disadvantage is the location is quite far from city (around 4km), but it’s ok because we using grab service which is reasonable fare for us. Definitely will come back and stay at this hotel again!

GGuest UserI really wanted to enjoy my stay and to be fair, the room was nice and the price was reasonable. At first, everything felt pleasant.
But then something truly awful happened during breakfast. I was served a cake that had mould on it. I didn’t notice it at first and accidentally took a bite. Moments later, I felt sick and ended up vomiting. It was shocking, disgusting, and completely ruined my stay.
The manager did give me a complimentary drink voucher as an apology, but honestly that doesn’t come close to making up for what I went through including the awful smell, the nausea, the stress. I expected better.

PpatrmariClose to the beach. Big comfy room. Unlimited yummy food for breakfast. The pool is clean and nice to swim in. A bottle of water and bags of coffee, tea are provided each day. The room cleaning time unpredictably changes each day which is a bit inconvenient. The air conditioner drips a bit but it's not really a issue. The shower leaks into the bathroom but there's a foot towel. Only 2 power sockets worked out of 4+ that were in the room, and the ones that worked weren't close to the bed. Overall a good place to stay in for a prolonged period of time.

DDmitry B***Found this hotel last year, stayed total of 14 days on this visit! Buffet breakfast foods clearly budget, but enough variety not to be boring. One of my two rooms even contained a bathtub, had to change after a week due to technical issues. Rooms are small but clean, table ok for hours at the computer, both (Deluxe Seaview) contained a smallish balcony. Lots of shops and Korean restaurants around, cheaper foods are in the side streets. Half way between Vincom mall and the beach, better suits those who don't mind to walk 5-10 min.
