Let me just say to start with that the staff were 5*,rooms are very good and sea view from upper floors is exceptional,room pretty good but a bit tired,cleaning really good and we found that most days they cleaned twice,the pool is pretty passable except there is only ten SUNBEDS for the whole hotel,I would suggest that at least 30 would be sufficient,the pool got very busy at times,the pool bar didn’t have staff all the time but if you asked you would get drinks fairly quickly,the trips we booked from reception to Hoi an and Ban na hills were very good,we found the main issue to be that the hotel accommodates a lot of conferences which became a big issue for me,putting pressure on the restaurant at breakfast,the swimming pool and even reception,being on an upper floor meant waiting ages for the lift,the breakfast was pretty good,hotel location is great and fairly near bars and restaurants,and across the road from the beach,we found that another big issue,you have to cross four lanes of mental traffic to reach the beach,literally running the gauntlet,a real dread,and the constant tooting day and night is not great for peace and quiet either,also the Vietnamese ALL use the beach/sea everyday from about 5 to 8am and 5pm until dusk with load music etc,quite annoying at times,unlike Thailand where we live the locals do not speak much English at all and don’t recognise zebra crossings so be extremely care crossing any roads,not a bad hotel on the days they don’t have conferences

This experience at beachfront DLG Hotel Danang was fantastic. The team was extremely profesional and friendly. My little daughter loved riding bicycle along the beachfront street in the morning when it was not so crowded, especially, known that this hotel is the only one offers free bicycle in town. Special thanks to Mrs. Van and her team who are working really hard this summer with nearly 20 events each month but always show us the hospitality spirit at any time we meet each other. We were so much fun that I would for sure recommend this to another families. Lastly, very enthusiastic hosting which really kept the morale and interest high throughout the stays. I will strongly recommend this beautiul beach hotel!

Firstly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are SO helpful, caring and accommodating. We appreciated their help and interactions. The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming foyer and pool area. The rooms are lovely, a great size with excellent showers and bathroom. The location is walking distance to the lovely beach and there's plenty of eating options around. I really wanted to love this accommodation but there were problems. First and foremost is the functions held that dominate the place. One took over the entire main pool with a stage covering the pool which meant guests couldn't use it for nearly two days. This left guests using the roof pool that is neglected and had no towels. There was never enough pool towels. Everyday, we had to wait while staff went looking for pool towels. The private functions are loud and if your room is near them, you then have to listen to the late night banging and talking while packing up. Breakfast is good but if you get there late, they are slow to replace items or not at all. Two mornings, I missed out on bacon, ham and croissants and had empty coffee pots. There are a lot of Asian options and beautiful fruit and the normal egg station. You won't go hungry. The beautiful Lady running the breakfast room is absolutely second to none. Her genuine interest in your comfort and day was heart warming. Overall, the staff here are 5 stars. The accommodation is 4 stars. I would definitely stay again and loved Da Nang.

Good location with beautiful river and dragon bridge view. Unfortunately the balcony in the room was inaccessible due to its size (can’t even step on it) and because it wasn’t clean. The breakfast was ok, with good variety but best to get there early as once something is gone it won’t be replaced. The staff was friendly and efficient, they surprised us with a small cake for our anniversary and allocated a room with a lovely view in a quiet floor as requested.

We originally booked 2 nights and ended up extending twice and stayed a whole week. We stayed in a triple room with one king and one twin bed. The room is as pictured in the website, spacious and comfortable. I would say the breakfast selection can be improved as eating almost the same selection for a whole week is not fun. The restaurant manager is very nice and attentive.

Home away home. K-House apartment at the My Khe Beach in Da Nang is an amazing place that I stayed at for the second time. You can call it a house, an apartment, or a hotel, but to me it was my second home. The location was just about a few minutes walk to the water, quiet and fresh air always breeze throughout. The building and decoration was very modern, Japanese or Swiss Bell style Excellent large room with full silverware and appliances that you can cook a meal with for the whole family. There was also a small pool right at the window; breakfast there was beautiful. It is very good quality and the food was unique. The chef was friendly with a nice smile to anyone. You can ask her to prepare for you a delicious seafood dinner party to host your friends at a lower cost compared to the restaurants nearby. The front staff were pleasant and efficient. They are always there for you, ensuring all your needs are met to your request. They have motorbike rentals at a reasonable price. The location is perfect, the price is affordable, it's clean and convenient, and the most important thing was the cleaning and friendly services. We like it and definitely will stay again soon. Location of the hotel is fantastic. You could find the grocery store, Spa and Massage shop within 100 meters. Walking across the road, there are a bunch of restaurants and bars on My Khe beach, which makes your stay more vacation vibes. Doormen, room attendants, front desk clerk and managers are all friendly and hospitable with smiles all the time. You could make yourself at home using the facilities such as gym and the rooftop infinity pool. You can dine beside the pool enjoying the city/beach view at night. The nice touch is Sala's trying to interact with guests by having some activities like egg coffe and cooking class. The egg coffe was so amazing. Like what Sala's GM (the manager who is like an English native speaker) said, this flavor is worthy to be brought to the world for the visibility. Fortunately I chose to stay at Sala and I am willing to recommend Sala to the visitors/tourists who are going to come to Da Nang. 飯店地點絕佳，周邊100公尺內有雜貨店跟按摩店。過個大馬路就是美溪沙灘，沙灘上滿滿都是酒吧與餐廳，讓你的假期充滿渡假的儀式感。服務人員從門衛、房務、櫃台到主管層級都非常親切好客有禮及專業。你可以隨意使用飯店設施，像是健身房以及頂樓的無邊際泳池。在泳池畔你可以一邊享受夜景以及你的晚餐。最特別的是，飯店會推出一些小活動像是蛋咖啡的製作展示以及烹飪課，藉此來拉近飯店與住客的距離。其中蛋咖啡完全超出期待，就如同總經理提到的，這風味非常值得推廣到越南以外的地方。很幸運在我的假期期間我選擇住在薩拉，也非常樂意將它推薦給即將來到峴港旅遊的旅客。

After many trips to Da Nang over the years we have tried many different hotels. Salmalia will now be our go to place on future trips. Wh have found our happy place.A small boutique hotel, easy walking distance to My Khe Beach and staff who are just exceptional. Thankyou Helen and your team. You made us feel like honoured family members and no question or request was too much. . An added bonus at Salmalia is the beautiful courtyard pool with its overhanging shade from a Tamarind tree. A haven during the midday hours when it is too hot for the beach. Salmalia is in a quiet street that runs parallel to the main beachfront road so we did appreciate the quiet room with its ocean view without traffic noise at night. Congratulations Salmalia...you do Vietnam and Da Nang proud with genuine hospitality. We will be back in 2023 on our annual trip.

I cannot stress enough how great this hotel staff was. They answered all our questions and were super friendly and patient when answering all our questions. They set up transportation for us and we’re able to rent us a scooter. The rooms are pretty typical of the type you find here but the views of the beach are spectacular. The people staying at the hotel were pretty aggressive at the breakfast buffet but that’s not on the hotel. Highly recommend you stay here.

We were served drinks and wet wipes while waiting for our rooms upon check in. Abit of messed up during check in due to supplier of trip.com who submitted the booking to hotel, our rooms given were not what we paid for. Took some time to resolve but overall trip.com was helpful and the hotel staff were all helpful. The hotel and supplier Settled our rooms and we were happy with it. All The staff at hotel were polite and great , especially Lily Kim the lobby floor supervisor who went all the way out to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our room arrangement at the ocean view suite. Welcome fruits platter was provided too. I was there to celebrate my birthday and the hotel arranged a whole mini cake up to my room. Usually other hotels only gave a complimentary slice of cake. Daily we were provided some biscuits during tea time and the biscuits were really yummy. Location was great as the beach is just across the road but traffic is busy and we need to be very careful while crossing as the motorist don't stop for anyone. A minimart is just 2 mins walk beside the hotel which is very convenient. The rooftop lounge is a must visit place to chill out as the view is beautiful up there at night. Breakfast varieties are good although almost the same stuff daily but taste is not bad. Overall I am very satisfied with the location, service and amenities of this hotel. I arrived late at night, but thanks to the friendly staff, I was able to check in and relax comfortably. I booked a room with two beds for a family of three, and the room had a slight view of the beach and was overall clean, so it was nice to spend a night with my child. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. It was well stocked with basic toothbrushes, cotton swabs, soap, etc., and the water tasted good. The breakfast food was simple and all delicious. Although the breakfast space is small, the time zone is wide, so there is no difficulty in using it. The staff are all friendly and proactive in providing guidance, so I was able to use it more comfortably. The currency exchange shop, wooden restaurant, fruit shop (Mimi), and Mike Beach are all within walking distance, and it is conveniently located in a good location where the cost of using Grab is low.

Wonderful stay at Mangata. The team really made me feel welcome and the front rooms are so beautiful on the beach, with an infinity pool on the roof overlooking the ocean. The breakfast buffet was above average for this price level, with fresh hot food and omelettes made on request to the chef, a magnificent view of the beach on three sides. I am especially indebted for the booking team and managements’ flexibility after I had a change of dates. Their conduct was simply exemplary in dealing with this situation at short notice, something you’d never see in a comparable hotel in the western hemisphere.
