This hotel need to be upgraded in many aspects to be a four star hotel.

For a four star hotel I was very disappointed. The room was not clean, had a light smell and looked overall old. Even though the service was good and the breakfast delicious I can't really recommend it.

I had a horrible night in this hotel. I couldn't sleep all night. The mosquitoes had a party next to my bed. They drank my blood deliciously. Humming in my ears like an orchestra. The hotel's air conditioner is broken. Oh my god, that's bad!

The bedding was clean, but it was an apartment view and a rooftop view, not a mountain view. There were mosquitoes, so I killed one, but there were more. The kids suffered from mosquito bites the next day. I think you need to be careful about quarantine and bug infestation.

I came here on a business trip and had a very comfortable rest! I had breakfast and lunch, and the yogurt was really good. I will come again next time!

I stayed there on a business trip to Daegu! Since Daegu Airport flight attendants stay here, it seems to be a business hotel with a contract with an airline. The hotel building seems to be operated with a banquet hall and wedding hall. The interior of the guest rooms is a bit old, but the condition is clean! And the space is spacious, so there was a table that was good for having a beer with my coworkers. And parking is free if you register your vehicle number when checking in, Breakfast is served as a buffet in the banquet hall, and it was surprisingly delicious.

I went there for a while to swim and relax with my family. Everything was great except for the carpeted floor. I also used the swimming pool for 6,000 won with a discount for swimmers.

I often use it when traveling to Daegu because the location is good~ I also used the breakfast, and it was delicious and good value for money~

This should be considered a decent hotel in this city, but I don't know why the service is completely out of date! Lack of humanized treatment! During this stay, I felt that the hotel service system had a serious tendency to process, and the staff showed a programmed feedback mode when executing instructions. Taking the room facility failure repair as an example, the front desk staff repeated the standard words "it has been registered for you" three times, but did not actively provide emergency solutions or time commitments, nor did they show empathy feedback on the actual troubles of the guests. The housekeeping department only mechanically responded to the expedited cleaning needs by "processing in order" and failed to adjust the service priority according to the actual situation. After the problem was upgraded, "this is our standard process" was still used as the ultimate explanation, lacking a flexible service awareness. The entire service chain shows obvious system instruction execution characteristics, rather than a customer experience-oriented service thinking. It is recommended that the hotel strengthen situational judgment and humanized service capabilities in service training.

I'm staying for the 3rd day and the breakfast was really good. The room was quiet and comfortable to sleep in. It is impressive that there are two large double beds. It was nice because it was comfortable. I was especially grateful that the staff, including the front desk, were very friendly.

I had to go to Daegu urgently, so I made a reservation. I looked for a hotel near Kyungpook National University Hospital and made a reservation, but Laonzena, which is said to be a 4-star hotel, had older room facilities than I expected. Still, the service was very friendly.
