酒店比較舊，距離旺區東城路商圈比較遠，需步行15至20分鐘。酒店設施亦開始老化，入住時，房間有些燈泡不能亮，但服務員很快便給我們更換燈泡。浴室設有兩個花灑，但其中一個不能用。另外酒店設有公用微波爐，可供住客加熱食物。如需清潔房間，需將房間鎖匙放在升降機內的盒子裏或放在櫃檯上，任何人都可以取走鎖匙，安全程度需要改進。服務員很有禮貌，我們凌晨四時退房時，他也幫我們打車到機場，值得一贊。
