"The location was excellent, easy access to anywhere. Free hotel parking (remember to get a chop from the front desk). The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but good. However, only one bath towel is provided for 2 persons and we have to ask the front desk to get the second towel everyday. The two daytime front desk ladies were very nice but the one at night was not so friendly when we told her that the toilet is clogged. She gave a dirty look and spoke in Korean with another staff which I could understand a little of her complaints."

"This is a hotel with a banquet hall as its main structure. It looks very large from the outside, but only the 9th and 10th floors are guest rooms. The lobby is also very large, but there is no decoration or furnishing. The room has no ventilation at all, the lighting is very dim, and the soundproofing is very poor. You can hear the people in the next room talking quietly. There is dirt from feces on the toilet seat. The food in the restaurant is okay, mainly Western food, but not very high-end. Overall, it is a very bad stay."
