LOTTE CITY HOTEL DAEJEON

The hotel is very well-designed and perfect for business travelers. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and both the bedroom and the bathroom are very spacious. The bedding is very comfy, and there is a cozy little sofa. The lighting is excellent, with adjustable levels that are suitable for both business tasks and leisure. Wifi is fast! However, the only things I would suggest improving are: the toilet paper in the bathroom is relatively thin and of low quality, and the hair dryer was not hot at all. Regarding the toilet paper, one can tell how much consideration (or lack thereof) the procurement team puts into the actual user experience based on the quality of such essentials. It is a bit unfortunate because of these two points, but overall, I am highly satisfied with everything else. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Daejeon.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room amenities—ranging from high-quality toiletries to a well-stocked minibar—made the stay feel luxurious and convenient. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The selection was impressive, with both Korean and international options, all fresh and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start each day. The hotel’s location is another huge plus—quiet enough for restful nights, yet close to notable attractions, the Expo Park, and convenient transportation hubs. Whether for business or leisure, it’s an ideal base in Daejeon. What truly sets Lotte City Hotel Daejeon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Daejeon. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will absolutely return on my next trip!

Across the street from Daejeon Convention Center, a few steps to bakeries, convenient stores, a very nice place to focus on business trip.

Good hotel with everything you need for a comfortable city stay. Could have been a bit more flexible for 30 min extended check out, wanted payment for this… Otherwise good.
