The hotel is in the great location of Daejeon, Dunsan-dong. You can walk to clothing stores, restaurants convenience stores and Emart is also an easy walk for groceries. It’s also conveniently located close to buses and the subway station. The room was also very clean and spacious. I was always busy so I was out most of the time so I was glad to come back and sleep in a comfortable bed. One can have a comfortable stay there. The elevator could do with a bit of an upgrade. Parking is limited in the area but their valet parking service will park your car in a safe location close to the hotel. There’s no need to use your car because of convenient transportation in the area. Overall, I had a pleasant stay there.

Really good hotel for that price. Located in the city center and near metro. Studio style numbers, great for me.

The location is amazing, I really like that it is really big, you have a place to cook, fridge, it was so comfy, really good, I would recommend it again!

We stayed here separately with our son from 22nd February to 9th March, appreciating the location, service, and the staff's kindness. We plan to return in May and intend to stay here again.

requested for quiet room - was put on 2nd floor which is odd since the room is right above the bsck entrance and carparks. Endless beeping sounds, drunks at night. Room was in the corner, which is the probably the quietest on the floor but the level negates it all. Wasnt quiet enough, kept waking up. Room 212 is to be avoided.  Appreciate the cooking equipment, which isnt as grimy and in as poor condition as the usual. Dishwashing liquid and scouring pad provided. Ondol is warm. Too many built in cabinets which goes unused and can smell a little musty.  Stayed 9 days, found a type of insect that resembles a very long ant with a forked behind and multiple sections. Encountered 5 of them in the bathroom, all on different days. I squished them so it isn't the same one.  There's bug spray in the room, Idk if it works on them. Got a picture of the 3rd day wormie for your viewing fun...

The room was very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this place .

Plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space. Good size fridge. Washing machine in the room and free drying on the 13th floor (roof). There are no utensils in the room; you have to get it from the first floor. Although the room was spacious it felt tight because of the small space to get by at the foot end of the bed. No hot water,. We complained on day 2 and somebody came to the room to turn the main power off and on again. Then it worked for about 10nmonites nad gone again. We had to shower with cod water. IN AUTUMN! Location was very good as it is close to a metro station and a huge E-Mart grocery store.

The hotel itself is fine. But I haven’t found a single place in korea that’s foreigners friendly. They mention English language in the description on trip.com but the staff doesn’t understand it. I booked the room with a kitchen so I could warm up my food. Utensils were not present in the room. I went to the first floor to collect utensils but the receptionist told me that I can’t eat curry in the room. He said if I eat it, he can’t sell the room for a week. I wasn’t going to cook, just wanted to heat my meal but I wasn’t allowed. It was a disappointment. Other people were ordering pizzas and eating their meals inside their rooms. As a foreigner, I have extremely limited food choices. I said I won’t cook. I just need to reheat my meal but I was refused. Because of winter, I couldn’t take my food to eat outside. I felt most Korean hotels discriminate against foreigners. The room was fine. The curtains were not black out and light was coming inside at 6 am. There was no microwave oven. A washing machine was present with a cloth drying rack. I am also disappointed with trip.com. They publish the hotel advertisements like it’s an international hotel but the staff doesn’t understand minimum English. I paid 60,000 for one night stay on a working day.

Washing machine available in room is helpful. Front desk service was helpful. Good location close to the subway.

It’s most closest and affordable hotel for Daejon trip and night life as well.
