"The room was generally clean, but there was a noise issue due to music playing from the speakers on the floor above until dawn. It would be helpful to check for this aspect when making a reservation. There was wall damage upon check-in, but since I was only staying for one night, I just went ahead with the stay. However, it is difficult to understand why they overlooked wall damage that is hard to spot during the pre-check-in cleaning process. Furthermore, four days after check-out, I received a notification via Trip.com Customer Service regarding a charge for wall repair costs that had never been done. Although it was eventually resolved as a staff error, the hotel only sent a "Hello" message via the app without any specific purpose, as we initially had no information, and did not contact us separately. It seems that this aspect of their service needs improvement. Other than that, the facilities, bathroom, and bedding cleanliness were good."
