Toyoko Inn Daejeon Government Complex

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The view out the window was nice. Amenities were abit lacking compared to other hotels in Korea but the free breakfast more than makes up for that. Way better than the usual hotel I stay at in this area.

Things to consider when staying at a hotel: Close to the subway station, rooms of 10 pyeong or larger are preferred, cleanliness, and proximity to entertainment districts. What was good -First of all, I liked that the room was spacious and not stuffy. (10 pyeong) It was definitely bigger than the motels I dealt with. There were two women sleeping there, and the bed was big so it wasn't uncomfortable at all. There was a window and a lot of mirrors in the room, so it was easy to put on makeup. 😆 Oh, there's a shower room and toilet too. It was very nice because it was separate. The room was also clean. -You can see the hotel as soon as you come out of Wolpyeong Station! It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to Galma-dong alley. It was okay to walk after drinking. I heard the breakfast was delicious, but I couldn't eat it because I was sleeping. -The staff are also friendly! What's disappointing -Smell of alcohol as soon as you enter? It had a motel-like smell, but it went away quickly when I left the window open. -If you look at the reviews, it says that the drain next to the bathtub in the bathroom doesn't drain well, but yeah, it really doesn't work...😌 Just wash in the bathtub. (Even when I woke up, there was still a puddle of water) -The dryer seemed a bit old and the comb was in poor condition. I stayed for one night and was satisfied. Recommended.
Sunshine Hotel

I went to Daejeon many times, and every time I felt, there was no really good hotel. The facilities and location were all good, and the soundproofing seemed not bad enough to be a problem to sleep. But in winter, the heating valve is so loud that it's perfect except for the fact that you have to turn it on during the day and turn it off at night. It was okay to put it up by the temperature and the hot air.

It was a Japanese style accommodation It was fun to feel like I was on a trip to Japan Clean and friendly and easy to find location
S& Hotel

I had a good time for 5 nights and 6 days. It was nice that they cleaned it every 2 days and provided supplies every day. It was a pity that there was no laundry room and the lighting in the bathroom was dim. It was nice to have an outdoor parking lot, but it seems that non-hotel users also park a lot. Outdoor parking management was disappointing. Still great value for money 👍
Daejeon Namoo Hotel

Breakfast is good, more than 50 yuan. The location of the hotel is OK, close to the subway station. The bed is big enough, the environment is nice, clean, and comfortable to sleep. I will stay here next time.
