The overall service was very good. We stayed for three days and two nights. Due to the bus schedule, we arrived at the hotel as early as 9:00am. The hotel was very considerate and provided us with an early check-in at about 11:00am. You can take a good rest by tidying up your room. The cleanliness of the room was as expected, except that the lights were dim and the hot water was hot enough, but the water pressure was average. Employees and even lifeguards are cleaning various areas whenever they have time, so it is no wonder that the hotel environment is very clean. For seaside hotels, it is the hotel with the fewest mosquitoes I have ever seen. The quality of breakfast and dinner is up to par. There are a large number of desserts, delicious breads and various salads. There are many types of cheese and milk to choose from. Only the meat is of average Egyptian standard, and there is still room for improvement. But the two dinners had different places, which was a little surprise. The most satisfactory thing is the service of the hotel staff: due to our bus schedule being cancelled, we need to change our itinerary and temporarily need to change the originally charged late check-out of 6 hours ($35 USD) to a 3-hour late check-out ($17 USD). USD), the waiters Mr. Hussain and Mr. Kevolles were very willing to understand our situation and solved our problems. Thank them. Suggested areas for improvement by the hotel include the following: 1. Increase the frequency of flights to and from Dahab Downtown 2. Improve power supply stability 3. Check the room equipment regularly. For example, the wash basin, toilet and hot water kettle in our room were all broken. But Jaz Dahabeya made our stay wonderful. Great memories of Dahab.

There are activities at night, it has its own beach, the food is good, it is suitable for a holiday and a lie down

The drinks in the lobby are very appetizing. There is a free bus to the market. There are two time periods a day. The food is quite exquisite. There are also shows in the evening.

After staying for four days, there was no WIFI in the room. The whole hotel was not the so-called public area WIFI, at least there was almost no signal. I booked a breakfast and dinner package, but the hotel did not provide any drinks for dinner, only water, which is rare in other hotels in Egypt. Because the cheapest coke and juice were not available. On June 6 and 7, when I entered the gate, a staff member who was not a security guard suddenly jumped out. Even if I reported the room number and showed the room card, I was not allowed to enter. He asked a lot of questions, which was funny. I don’t know what he was doing, and he was very rude.

The hardware is top-notch, a four-star hotel with five-star service. The lobby manager also prepared a breakfast box for me when he knew I was going to climb at night.

The most comfortable hotel I have stayed in in Dahab. The welcome drink is super delicious. The service is great. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but it requires an extra fee. But it’s better than being clean. It’s okay if you don’t consider the budget.

Wonderful stay at Jaz Dahabeya! Amazing staff, beautiful place, great service. Perfect for kids and adults. Loved the sunny weather. I really likes the animation and the places and food is really good i give this a 5 starts because every things is perfect i would really come back a other time. The partys are really cool and i had a lot of fun dancing good job i really enjoys my trip , thank youu!!

Great place. The weather is Amazing. The view really peaceful. Highly recommend and wanted to be back again. Service is fast and friendly, they are always available when needed. Had a massage by the beach and it was pure bliss with sound of the waves.

The staff is truly exceptional, so kind, attentive, and always making sure everything is perfect. The food was delicious with a wide variety at every meal; the buffets were rich, flavorful, and never repetitive, soooooo yummy . The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly located right by the beach with easy access. There is also entertainment and activities throughout the day, so you never get bored. I highly recommend this place 1000%! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you everyone, with love !

The hotel is located somewhat far from town, along a string of hotels lining the bay. However, they offer a free shuttle into town, twice a day I think. The room was comfortable, and the facilities include a nice pool, a private beach and several bars. Everything was clean and well maintained. Personally, I would have preferred the sound of the waves at the beach to the music that comes most of the day from the pool and beach bar. Also,the way the sunbeds and umbrellas are arranged they did not provide the best shading. If you're looking for snorkelling, note the water along this part of Dahav are sandy without a reef, but there are snorkelling opportunities nearby. As for the food, I think it was of satisfactory level compared to the price. Above all, though, I found the friendliness of the staff to be the true quality of this hotel, especially that of the entertainment team who were working tirelessly day and night to keep the guests entertained with various daily activities!

Super nice all-inclusive week spent at Jaz during low season. Not many guests, great service and very nice, amenities. The daily buffet was absolutely respectable in range and variation and there was food left even if you came late to the serving. The range of drinks included was better than expected and the bar team were happy to tweak their standard cocktails to suit your taste. Friendly staff, attentive without being overly clingy :) The pool was well maintained... and it was a 30 second walk to the clean private beach where deck chairs were always available. Room was pretty standard, clean, nice firm bed and a pleasant view over the pool and ocean. Beware the sliding doors to the terrasse that do not have doorhandles on the outside :) The music from the very active entertainment team was sometimes a little on the loud side, but only for 30 minutes at a time and nothing to really annoy. 10 minute shuttle rides to Dahab/back twice each afternoon, but easily possible to walk there if you need to work up an appetite. All in all we'll happily come back here another time.

What a beautiful hotel this is. Immaculately clean throughout. Very pretty and ideally located. But what sets the place apart are the remarkable staff. In particular the guys working the bars - Maged, Eslam and Abdelrhmen (I hope I have spelled these names correctly). Such amazing attentive service from them all day every day. Our waiters too - Oudy and Ibrahim. Plus our room cleaners Achmed and his cousin (apologies for not catching his name. We were 1215). ALL these guys work so hard and I hope the hotel manager reads this and passes on praise and rewards for their total professionalism and dedication. These guys need pay rises ! Everyone is lovely but Abdelrhmen and Eslam always took time to speak to us, make our favourite drinks, always wave at us on our balcony - such lovely young men who are a credit to the hotel. The room was amazing. Beds are super comfortable and we had a lovely pool view. Food is good and there is a nice buffet restaurant plus lovely snack area at Sea Pearl. Sadly that was not open in evenings but probably because hotel was low capacity My only gripe is the persistence of the animation team. They are relentless ! I understand they are working hard and if you enjoy activities on holiday then they definitely encourage you to join in, but some guests just want to RELAX, but unfortunately the entertainment staff don’t seem to understand what that means ! I’m not comfortable with being badgered whilst I’m eating dinner and interrupted whilst I’m sunbathing or talking. I know they are just trying to drum up interest but when a guest says NO - they should leave it at that, and definitely not bother guests when they’re eating dinner. I don’t go on holiday to have to keep explaining why I don’t want to stretch, play darts, do pool aerobics or dance ! The animation staff are lovely young people but they need to back off a bit and respect guests who don’t wish to join in The welcome lobby bar is an idyllic spot for a quiet evening drink but unfortunately the music was held there in the evenings when it would have been better suited to be held in the Atrium. Having to endure kiddies disco with the Birdy Song and Head Shoulders Knees Toes song every night after dinner with kids running around everywhere was a bit too much for adults who just want to talk and enjoy an evening drink. Overall however this is a fantastic hotel and we would love to return. Thank you to all the staff for making it so special
