"I was so surprised seeing all the good reviews on this hotel. This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. Me and my friend got our money stolen there there is no safety at all and barely any cameras in the corridors the pillows were so soo dirty. The most important thing is that me and my friend were 2 girls alone in the room someone kept knocking on our room for 30 min and kept doing noises waiting for us to open the door but we were to sacred to open and when we checked outside to see if there is any cameras so we can tell the reception to see who it was there was not one single camera out there. This was the worst hotel ever we got stolen and there is no safety at all would not recommend 100 percent!!!!!!"

"We booked the room for one night only because our bus was going to leave 11 pm so were not going to continue even till the morning. So around 14:00 3rd april we moved from our original hotel that we spent our original stay because only it was far. and we just put the bags in the room in red sea relax and we used the room for only toilet needs and praying and to store insuline pens. We were 4 people 2 married couples. So along the day we had some out of hands circumstances and we couldnt proceed to our bus at 11 pm. So the 2 females spent the rest of the night in the room and the 2 males booked another hotel for the night. When the 2 females went to the hotel back at night there was no one in the reception desk. So we couldnt even mention the changes to anyone (not our fault that there is no proper security in this place) So as we had heavy bags the next day At 9 AM 4th of April. The 2 Husbands went upstairs to get the heavy bags down. So finally when were doing the check out the receptionist went angry that we didnt inform her we spent the night till morning. And she accused us that we have spent the night all 4 of us together !!! Which could put her in serious legal actions. And she said its our fault that we didnt inform the hotel And again there was no one and we were very late at night when we returned back. I swear untill before checkout i was saying i kinda liked the place and i would go back for proper vacation. But after the lack of security and the non sense accusation its absolutely unacceptable PS: The room was extremly small and had one queen bed so it barley fit the 2 women which was ok as it was last minute change and we settled. 2- the place is extremely noisy and the room service were very loud while closing and opening the doors all around the place so you can hear what ever is happening outside. "

"A cozy small hotel overlooking the sea. It has a small and very beautiful sitting area on the beach. The rooms are very clean, the upper floor has balconies with an amazing sea view. The price might be considered a bit high comparing with the hotel prices in Dahab. Breakfast is included, which is quite ok but we preferred to have our breakfast somewhere else as a change. The owner and the staff are very friendly. One of the things i loved about the hotel that it is not close to the center area of Dahab which is usually crowded and noisy. "I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional throughout my stay. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they treated us with hostility and arrogance. The hotel was not clean, and the overall level of service was far below any reasonable standard. What upset me the most was an incident where a guest came to my outdoor area to stand and talk with me for a few minutes. The staff approached us in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner, forced him to leave, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told, “You can check out if you don’t like it.” I have never experienced such rude and dismissive treatment in any hotel before. Rather than addressing concerns respectfully, they chose to speak to guests in an offensive and degrading way. This was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for basic respect, cleanliness, or professional customer service."

"Worst experience ever, terrible and unclean toilet with flusher not working and I asked several times for someone to fix it, they fixed it in the last day leaving the toilet messy and unclean after the plumber left.The electricity went out several times at night and once in the morning. And the last day of my stay they asked me to change my room since another guest wants this room specifically and I refused and I was really offended with this weird request. Last time in this place."

There is some fish also but not that much. Food has small variety but acceptable bc it's delicious. Only one point can be amended is a quick response for simple request. My room has no shampoo and I did request since first day arrived, 4 times in total. And I got it last day I was in hotel. Everything else is perfect!"

"I stayed in this hostel in a single room in an apartment stile building (this is a 3rd building in the street where hostel has several separate buildings). The room had dirty blankets and high humidity - it was on the ground floor. I have seen also shared room and it looked pretty crowded with little space on the bunk beds and was very stuffy in the shared room. I didn't like the management style - it seemed very uninterested in creating a real hostel vibe story. It was more about upselling trips and transport options. Transfer option I found via app similar to Uber was 2x cheaper compared to Hostel transfer offer. I also noticed that many volunteers work here and the laundry area seemed unsanitary, which is logical as untrained and not professional stuff is doing all these chores. I wanted to change accommodation earlier but this hostel has only Non refundable policy."

"The overall service was very good. We stayed for three days and two nights. Due to the bus schedule, we arrived at the hotel as early as 9:00am. The hotel was very considerate and provided us with an early check-in at about 11:00am. You can take a good rest by tidying up your room. The cleanliness of the room was as expected, except that the lights were dim and the hot water was hot enough, but the water pressure was average. Employees and even lifeguards are cleaning various areas whenever they have time, so it is no wonder that the hotel environment is very clean. For seaside hotels, it is the hotel with the fewest mosquitoes I have ever seen. The quality of breakfast and dinner is up to par. There are a large number of desserts, delicious breads and various salads. There are many types of cheese and milk to choose from. Only the meat is of average Egyptian standard, and there is still room for improvement. But the two dinners had different places, which was a little surprise. The most satisfactory thing is the service of the hotel staff: due to our bus schedule being cancelled, we need to change our itinerary and temporarily need to change the originally charged late check-out of 6 hours ($35 USD) to a 3-hour late check-out ($17 USD). USD), the waiters Mr. Hussain and Mr. Kevolles were very willing to understand our situation and solved our problems. Thank them. Suggested areas for improvement by the hotel include the following: 1. Increase the frequency of flights to and from Dahab Downtown 2. Improve power supply stability 3. Check the room equipment regularly. For example, the wash basin, toilet and hot water kettle in our room were all broken. But Jaz Dahabeya made our stay wonderful. Great memories of Dahab."

"What a lovely place Blue Residence is. I spent 1 month here and cant think of a negative part of my stay. Its in a quiet area of Mashraba about 10 minutes walk to cafes ATM's shops and restaurants. The staff work extremely hard and always on the go to ensure the complex is clean safe and secure. Staff are polite friendly helpful and well managed by a young man named Ahmed Ahmed regularly checks to ensure everything is going well with your stay and your apartment The swimming pool area is spotlessly cleaned and maintained...there is 24 hour security and the guys are ultra friendly There is a supermarket 100 metres from Blue Residence and the owner is an extremely friendly man. His prices are local prices and you wont get ripped off. He has a good selection of most things at very reasonable prices. Omar/Ahmed many thanks for a most enjoyable stay. I will definitely return again next year 🙏"
