Yaas Hotel Dakar Almadies
"It’s in a great location But no ventilation in hotel room"
Résidence Madior
"Short stay for hospital visit staff very helpful as my husband could not walk good due to back injury they helped order food etc lovely and clean would stay again"
Axil HÔTEL
"Axil Hotel has been my choice for the last few years now. I always stay here. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is really nice. I always recommend this hotel for your stay. Keep smiling and Enjoy your Day 😊"
International Hotel Dakar
"Everything is good"
Kadiss Hotel
"It’s a wonderful place and staff are highly welcoming and go extra miles to help guess."
Villa Jade
"The hotel staff were friendly, and the facilities matched the pictures on the website. Because it wasn't right next to a main street, it was very quiet at night. I didn't see any large restaurants nearby. Just as dawn was breaking, I heard the crisp clatter of horses' hooves passing by downstairs. There are horse-drawn carriages here, usually small ones pulled by a single horse for people or goods. Later, I also saw a small carriage pulled side-by-side by four horses of different sizes and heights. Because the horses' different gaits make it really difficult to drive! Turning right from the hotel entrance, there's a beautiful residential area nestled among the vegetation, with clean new cars parked in front. There are also some unfinished buildings and construction debris nearby, but overall it's quite nice. The foreign exchange shops marked on Google Maps nearby are all incorrect; you must ask locals, even though the exchange rate isn't great, it's better than nothing."
Courtyard By Marriott Dakar Diamniadio
"I stayed at Courtyard in Diamniadio for one night and I can tell you they have one the best customer service. After I called the shuttle shortly arrived and the gentleman was very cool. The lobby is very nice and clean and front desk are amazing and helpful. I will to shoutout a couple people that I took their names (Helene Basse; Habibou Badji and Marcel) But overall everyone was helpful and nice. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back In Shaa Allah"
Couramina
"The cleanliness is top-notch, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They’re always available to assist, even outside their working hours. A couple of suggestions: it would help to have more visible signage or a pinned location on Google Maps. Also, I’d recommend including the power top-up in the room rate."
Fadidi House
"Good and friendly"

Hotel Jardin Savana Dakar
"I write this review with some disappointment following my stay at the Hôtel Jardin Savana Dakar. Certainly, the hotel is large and is in a strategic location near the coast, but the need to take a taxi to Independence Square, unless you walk for around twenty minutes, is an inconvenience. The hotel appears to have once been a luxury venue, but it is evident that no renovation or restoration efforts have been made in many years. The furniture is old, rusty and many are broken. The worst part was the carpet: so old, discolored and dirty that walking barefoot was inconceivable. The breakfast was the poorest I have ever seen. I've stayed in hostels for 30€/night which offered a much more decent buffet. How is this even possible? The only good thing about this hotel is the Olympic swimming pool and tennis court. However, these two strengths do not compensate for the many flaws. This hotel is not worth it. The photos on TripAdvisor and Booking were misleading. I will never choose this hotel again on my future visits to Dakar."
Maison d'hôtes Villa Anna Dakar
"Good place and clean"
Residence Les Calanques
Hotel Lagon 2
"It's right in front of the sea, so it feels like you're on a boat. The staff are very friendly and the food in the restaurant is very good. The counter staff is especially friendly."
ONOMO Hotel Dakar
"There is no compelling reason to stay at Onomo Dakar - the location, the room, the service - nothing is compelling. If you don't have a car, there are no restaurants or other major amenities within walking distance. There are no major attractions within walking distance. The room itself is fine for a 3 star hotel. Not great but fine. The hotel is tired - everything is on the shabby side."
Sama Hotels
"1. Overall stay: The overall experience did not meet my expectations, as several issues adversely affected my comfort and convenience, particularly the limited size of the room. 2. What I did like: - The tranquility of the hotel’s environment. - The courteousness and professionalism exhibited by certain members of the staff. 2. What I didn't like: - The room dimensions were insufficient given the price paid. - The room overlooked an unsightly area with visible refuse. - Housekeeping services were not provided on one occasion, which caused inconvenience. - The breakfast selection was minimal and often served at an unsatisfactory temperature. 4. To sum up: Regrettably, my stay was disappointing due to inadequate room conditions and service that fell below expected standards. For instance, a room priced at this level should reasonably include furnishings such as a sofa. Overall, I anticipated a higher quality experience for the amount paid, and significant improvements are warranted."
Pullman Dakar Teranga
"I had a problem with my visa when arriving at the airport so I was not able to left the customs/airport and I informed the hotel, and they refused to help me to cancel the reservation which was just for 1 night due to connecting flights. Then no support for the customers so will not consider this hotel for other occassiobs"
Le Lodge des Almadies
"I am a regular at the pool and the staff is always very welcoming Sokhna my namesake is my favorite really always taking great care of us. The lifeguards are also great! As we often go through the reception the welcome is even more charming, special thanks to Anne very smiley who always accompanies us to the stairs of the terrace."
Casa Mara Dakar
"The restaurant is very good, although a bit expensive. The hotel is very clean. The staff wasn't helpful at all and were very slow. Don't change money there because the exchange rate is very poor."
J Pad
King Fahd Palace
"My expectations were low based on the reviews here but the experience was better than I had hoped for. I was on a business trip so didnt use the swimming pool (which was being repaired), and the children's play area was totally inaccessible. Room was comfortable. The gym was basic (no working airco, very cramped) but I have seen worse. Breakfast good. It may not live up to a 5* experience in other countries but in all not bad."
