The place is very neat and well-maintained, and the customer service is truly exceptional — everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially loved that they have cats around; it made the place feel cozy and welcoming. Great service, great atmosphere — definitely recommend this hotel!

love this beautiful villa at Dalat. Located in a quiet alley but easy access to Grab Car. Hosts are very nice and helpful. The villa is very beautiful and well maintained. Love the outdoor setting and garden too. We enjoyed sitting outside while enjoying the weather. Will return again

The best stay I had in the area. Very modern, clean and very quiet! I would book anytime again.

A very cute but warm lodge in a small alley. The location is a bit away from most of the scenic spots but the hotel price difference can afford the travelers to Grab the cars. The room is super clean with a well equipped public kitchen. Homemade breakfast is also worth to try. Overall it is very good experience to stay in the family owned lodge.

The room was clean with necessary facilities, by the way , there’s a kitchen when we order a delivery hotpot without any pot & chopsticks, all here could solve it. Although here live in the city center, the environment is very quiet , u could notice the lovely cats and dog lying on the beautiful yard . One more thing , the host are warm-hearted , when we met issues till late night , she came to take care with the locked toilet by our mistake and help us with the Futa bus order

The hotel is very conveniently located, not far from anywhere. The front desk lady speaks Chinese and helps rent a motorcycle to deliver it to the hotel. The price is reasonable. The room is clean and tidy. The public health area is well-equipped. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful hotel! It's in a very quiet location, and sleeping there is a pleasure. The location is very pleasant, everything is clean and tidy, there is soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, coffee, and tea. Everything you need is convenient. It's close to the center, in a good location, with a supermarket nearby. This hotel is a real escape from the city.

The rooms are clean, beautiful, and airy. The housekeeper, receptionists, and security guards are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a diverse range of animals, including dogs and cats.

Simply superb! We recommend it to anyone visiting Dalat. The location is excellent. Peace and quiet, even though the bustle of the city is just a two-minute walk away. The staff was very helpful with everything.

It has the warmth and personality of a homestay, as well as the professionalism and convenience of a hotel. It is both comfortable and standardized! The entire hotel is composed of several European-style villas, and the environment is very elegant (p1 is at night, p2p3 is the front desk) Before checking in, I communicated by email about ordering breakfast and renting a motorcycle. The proprietress speaks very good English, is warm and friendly, and is always responsive👌🏻 There is nothing wrong with the room and facilities, and I didn’t hear any noise at night There are many types of breakfast. I had pho once and Hue beef noodles (p4p5) once. It’s not cheap but it’s rich and of good quality When I left, I asked the proprietress to help book a taxi to the airport🚕 (very affordable, much cheaper than grab) If I have the opportunity to come to Dalat again in the future, I will definitely book this one again! 🤩
