We stayed three nights in this hotel and, unfortunately, all three nights were very noisy. Other customers made a lot of noise until late at night, often after midnight. From 6 a.m., children shouted, knocked on doors and ran in the corridors. So it was very difficult for us to sleep properly. We had chosen this hotel especially for breakfast, but we were disappointed to see that there was no buffet as we hoped. Breakfast was summed up in eggs, pho, bread and a glass of water, which was very limited. We had also chosen this establishment because it offered, according to the information we had, a scooter rental. But finally, this service was not available. Overall, our stay was therefore very disappointing, mainly because of the noise and services that did not meet our expectations.

However, availability depends on the number of motorbikes available at each time. The staff were incredibly lovely and friendly. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay, and they definitely deserve 5 stars. The room itself was very good. The only downside was the noise from the street—I couldn’t sleep on the first night because my room was facing the road. After I asked if it was possible to move, they kindly arranged another room for me, and it made a huge difference. Thank you so much for your kindness and warm hospitality. I really appreciate it. 🫶🏽

Booked through Trip Coins, everything matched the photos and price. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. The room had white bedding, and all personal hygiene essentials (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and paste, comb). It was quiet in the room, so we had a good night's sleep. The location is very convenient; we walked to the Crazy House and the night market. Breakfast was modest, but we left feeling full. Everything was well worth the price. They were prompt in assisting us with all our queries.

I enjoyed my stay here.. the view from my hotel was so beautiful.. the staff were very friendly and helpful.. the room was clean too.. you can watch the sunset at the balcony

I love this hotel too much! Every time I come here, I misjudged my time and ended up early. I love their policy of early check-in/half day additional check-in which helps a lot. God bless this team.

I personally want to give Hue and her team more than 5* because they deserve it! Not only is this hotel incredibly budget friendly but also the level of support from the staff is incredible. Unfortunately I became ill and needed to be rushed to the hospital and the staff didn’t even hesitate to jump in and help, they had a taxi outside in 2 minutes and were in constant communication with my partner to see if we needed anything else. On top of that, they extended our stay until I was discharged and even extended our checkout time when I got back just so I could rest and have a shower! Honestly, I can’t thank them enough, 100% recommend staying here.

The rooms are fair but my fun wasn’t working in my bedroom and wasn’t a very cool night so it was hot. If you opened the window a lot of noises coming from the street.  Beds weren’t very comfortable and noisy. Average for the price.

We stayed at this hotel near the airport and really liked it. Super easy to get to, and there were lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Great if you’ve got an early flight or just want to be close to everything. The room was clean and quiet, even though it’s near the airport. The bed was comfy, Wi-Fi worked well, and check-in was quick. Staff were friendly too. Breakfast was really good lots of choices, both hot and cold. Definitely a nice way to start the day. Overall, a solid place to stay. We’d come back for sure.

The room quite OK with price. Hotel has the big parking lot in front of the cheap price however, still having buffet in the morning. Room inside clean and clear.
