Was amused by the views from our room, what the farm can provide and lakes. We managed to took a walk before we checked out. The resort provides shuttle service to night market, however the drop off will be better if it’s nearer to the market

Amazing resort right next to the lake. It's also near to many areas such as dalanta waterfall and the city center. The shuttle service is great and it's also nearby the intercity bus station. Highly recommended.

Great experience at Terracotta Hotel, beautiful view of a forest with a lake. May either take a buggy or walk around the area. Everything was splendid aside from the birds walking around at the breakfast area, luckily the food are well covered.

Very nice location with enough amenities(ie. Gym)to keep occupied. Not too far from center of town with convenient shuttle service that runs regularly for drop off and pickup. Staff is helpful and will attend to your needs quickly. Highly recommended for a bit of R&R!

Terracotta Hotel offers a peaceful retreat by Tuyen Lam Lake. Ideal for couples seeking minimalism and nature over shopping. While some facilities age, the hygiene is reliable. Breakfast spread is nice, but limited food options for the rest of the day. Frequented by tour groups. Pool felt aged.

The hotel is good. The bedding and towels were dry, clean, and not old. The facilities at the hotel are good. The hotel itself isn't new, but that doesn't detract from it. It's located in a fantastically beautiful place. Everything is perfect.

Nice and relaxing lake view. Good landscape.. Great for chilling. Will be good if resort offers kayaking.

The front desk attendants were cold and unwelcoming. The rest of the employees like the bag carriers were always helpful when welcoming. Not forgetting the cleaners. I hope they receive a bonus. The hotel food was terrible, especially at breakfast. Mass produced and no quality. Overall an ok stay for a few days.

We really enjoyed our stay although the location not that near from city centre (15-20min of car ride; easy booking of grab). Is a peaceful and beautiful location just beside lake Tuyen Lam. Hotel receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is ready when we arrived earlier around 11am. Buffet breakfast was good too!! Highly recommended.

The resort is located in 5-6 km from Da Lat. It is surrounded by pine tree forest and it offers an Absolutely beautiful lake view. No noise, you’ll be able to sleep smooth and sound. We really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant had quite limited options of international food. But you can order grab delivery.

The hotel is some distance from Dalat centre but very big compound with very nice surrounding at Tuyen Lake. Room was nice and spacious, and was very clean.
