the location is good, its near every tourist spot. room was well-maintained, met my cleanliness expectations. staffs speaks english and are very friendly - breakfast is 💯 - hotel city view is stunning - complete toiletries, hair dryer is available too i requested for a room with a great view and so room is facing the main road. the noise is tolerable for me, but if youre light sleeper request a different room. while exploring the city i noticed that most of the hotels are along the main road so prob there would be noise

The hotel is generally good and definitely lives up to its three-star rating. The breakfasts are excellent with a great selection of fresh items. Initially, we were checked into a room where the cleaning was abysmal. There were someone else's false eyelashes near the sink in the shower room, and the bed linen had stains. We reported this to reception. Ultimately, they moved us to an upgraded room, which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was outstanding. The staff really know their stuff. I recommend it!

Staying at Deluxe Triple Room with 1 x King Bed + 1 x Single Bed which was served the need of our family of 3. Accommodation c/w simple buffet B/F for 3 was good and made our day trip plan easier😊

My three-day stay here was nothing short of a nightmare. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and displayed a complete lack of professionalism, bordering on hostility. To make matters worse, my room was never cleaned once throughout my entire stay. The pillows were so soft and lacked any support, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. I will definitely not be returning.
