Best Hotels in Dalat, Vietnam

The rooms are all modern design and it is considered one of the newer hotel in Dalat. The location is conveniently located above the main market building and it is just a 2 mins walk to the daily night market. The buffet breakfast spread is good with a good variety of Vietnamese and International cuisine to chose from. It is different daily and hence a pleasure to eat the breakfast every morning.

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. The room was OK, but the view is not totally ok and there’s a construction start 6.30 until 9pm Hot water works just in the morning, breakfast so so just banh chan pretty okay No soundsproofing so you can heard everythings even people talked outside Once again, just write address on google maps because we was follow address from the link and it totally wrong place! We need to walked about 15 mins

The staff is enthusiastic and cute, although my booking runs out of room, she guided to another branch near the center near the night market The room is clean, the balcony window is cool, the owner is friendly, everything is very new, with fans, cozy space Comfortable elevator, good efficiency hair salon six type machine for long hair and multi-haired

I often have to go back to Dalat for work. Short or long business trips are often booked by the company's administrative staff, & often placed at hotels in the city center, near Da Lat market. At first, I still stayed in the habit, but then I felt a bit wasted, when I came to DL but stayed at a place not much different from Hanoi or SG - city hotels, without the unique features of DL. So I decided to find a hotel with its own nature but still ensure that it is not too far from the center (1 some beautiful, natural hotels/homestay but close to Tuyen Lam lake area, very far from the center - about 10km, suitable for relaxation, not suitable for business trips) & in the company budget of about 1 or less. Hoang Loc is really a right choice, making my business trips no longer boring and boring but a little more interesting. The space of the LDP-style grass garden is very cute and lovely. Hosts must be very interested in taking care of each plants and equipment. The staff is very enthusiastic and cute & especially everyone's name is Linh, very cute ^^ If you need breakfast, you can order separately. The menu is not too rich but it's a good choice if you want to experience the feeling of having breakfast in front of the green garden in the morning, feel something1Very Da Lat2

Our stay in the Dragon King Hotel I would be almost very pleasant if not for 2 incidents. 1. In countries where I don't speak the language I usually ask for a calling card of the hotel. I did and they had none, And voila the taxi took us to another Dragon King Hotel in Da Lat and we had to take another taxi from there back to Dragon King I. 2. We booked including breakfast as that is normally a nice way to ease into the day in a foreign city. The Dragon King breakfast facilities are in a from floor to ceiling tiled cellar under the hotel full of load speaking local people eating local breakfasts (soup and the like) so talking about your plans for the day while eating bread with jam (the only non local food choice available) was impossible goodbye enjoying a quiet breakfast. (There is a nice place to your left when you leave the hotel that serves for a very small price with a very wide smile)

During my inaugural visit to Vietnam with my parents, our stay at this hotel was refreshingly distinct from previous experiences. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the ambiance exuded a perfect blend of modernity with a touch of French style, harmonizing seamlessly with the essence of Dalat. Every aspect, from the facilities to the overall atmosphere, contributed to a smooth and enjoyable experience that left a positive impression on our stay.

The hotel staff will carry your suitcase to your room. They also provide explanations on how to use the room facilities. I was assigned to the 3rd floor, and the room and bathroom had large windows and doors. You can see a panoramic view and the feeling of openness is the best. Highly recommended for those who like big windows! I can hear the gusts of wind and the sound of roosters crowing at dawn. (Please note this if you are sensitive to sound) Since it's newly built, it's clean and especially has a view of the restaurant where you eat breakfast. It's the best!!! Open on three sides! The rice noodles were also very delicious. Especially the chicken! Fruits such as mango and dragon fruit are also fresh. It would be great if you want to relax while eating breakfast ^^

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!!
